Our stay was perfect! The house beautiful and clean. It has a wonderful set up and lots of room. The pool is big and the view is amazing. We had the best time.

Great location and house

The house was big with lots of beds and open kitchen for family time. The donkeys and sheep were fun to feed for the kids. The pool was nice and clean with lots of sun for tanning. Close to downtown Fredericksburg and only 10 minute drive.Thank You for a great 2 nights. We enjoyed it

Christmas experience

Exactly what we wanted for a Christmas getaway. Setting was perfect for a family hangout. Easy access to Fredericksburg for food and shopping. Next trip will include exploring the wineries.

Awesome Stay

We loved our stay, the property is beautiful and so spread out. My family and I enjoyed meeting the owner, who was very hospitable. The pool was clean and the owner made sure the ph levels were consistent and good. The house was very clean and roomy the open concept was perfect for our large family of 14 to be comfortable. Loved every minute, definitely would recommend and we will be back.

AMAZING Place To Gather!

We celebrated my bachelorette party with 11 of us and had an absolute BLAST! The location was so close to everything we wanted to do (shopping, dining out, and visiting wineries). The host was super responsive and helpful anytime we had questions. I would 100% recommend this VRBO to anyone wanting to enjoy Fredricksburg, but also a beautiful piece of property. The donkey was the cherry on top as he visited with us when we were coming and going from the property.

Beautiful Place

I booked this ranch for a end of the year teachers trip and I must say it was well worth it! We so enjoyed the beautiful sunset hill country view and the peacefulness. We weren't far from the wineries or downtown Fredericksburg. The owner was really kind and very accommodating to anything we needed. I would most definitely book this place again.

What a fantastic venue for our family reunion! We booked all the houses on the property. We used the main house as our meeting place and to prepare meals. The kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub while the adults appreciated the hill country view and just sitting around the porch chatting. I've never seen brighter stars in the sky or bigger smiles on everyone's faces. Hoping to come back again! Highly recommend!

Ranch right outside of town.

The ranch/house is as exactly as advertised, and is amazing! It was great for the entire family. We would come back every year.

We loved our time at the ranch. We didn't see any donkeys or horses. We saw longhorns, cattle, deer, and scorpions and fire ants around the pool area. The beds were comfortable. Owners were responsive. Plenty of space for a large party. Everything you need is there, though you can tell some things are not used regulary or cleaned properly so just clean it yourself. Laundry room is not avaliable from 10am-4pm while workers are cleaning linens for the other cabins. The pool is exposed to the other cabins which are pretty close, so if you are wanting privacy for the spa and pool, this may not be for you. The views are incredible. We enjoyed our time.

Birthday Celebration

This Memorial Weekend was so much fun with celebrating my birthday, drinking wine, and having fun with friends! We all were so shocked pulling up to this location due to the fact it’s breathtaking! The view was so beautiful and it was so peaceful in the morning time we all enjoyed our stay so much! I ask a lot of questions and Jan was very nice with answering every concern I had. However, i know I put the 5 stars for the cleanliness of property which the outside was very clean and beautiful. The inside was too but there were a few things that were dirty the coffee maker had bugs and the water filter had slime and some type of particles floating around. Also, my friend was staying in one of the rooms and when laying down she felt something in the sheets and it was a shirt so we were concerned about if the sheets were actually cleaned or not. Overall a wonderful peaceful stay and would 100% book again!
