"Seamless check in and modern tasteful decor add to the charm of this historic inn. The self-serve breakfast nook over the entry portico added to the aesthetic appeal of our stay. Would highly recommend this unique, pleasant spot in a charming river valley."

"We stayed at the suites in the village, not the Inn itself. The property is old but very clean and very well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped, the suite was spacious enough for me and my 6 y.o. and a teenager. The owner was helpful on multiple occasions, the hot tub was ok, the 6 y.p. enjoyed it (I prefer stronger jets). The place is excellent for the larger company of friends so both suites upstairs and downstairs are occupied by the people you know, otherwise it may not feel very comfortable/safe. The area is gorgeous and has everything such as the nice supermarket, restaurants and cafes. My kids loved sandwiches and ice-cream at the Deli Market next to the supermarket. If you are there, check out the Distillery in Arkville, Belleayre beach and Phoenicia Diner is the absolute MUST!!! Pancakes were out of this world!!!"

"Breakfast was a plus, we want to say the man in charge of having breakfast ready was very attentive, making sure everything was full, ready to eat. There is another male who was rude with people, when the coffee machine wasn’t working he responded in a rude way! Gray polo uniform, skinny guy, not very tall, young. Besides that, everything was good. Housekeeping were on track, cleaning and having all room amenities available."

"If you're traveling solo and are the type who prefers to be out and about and needs a room just to have a place to sleep, then this hotel is for you. It's not pretty from the outside, but at 1/3 the price of every other hotel around, it's an excellent deal. You get a clean room and a bed with clean sheets. The floor has a clean carpet. The AC is cold. The shower has hot water with good water pressure. You get a desk with two outlets for your laptop and phone if you need to work. The motel is centrally located and Otenanta is a hip town with good cafés nearby. It even has a YMCA if you need a gym. And you get two complementary cups of coffee in your room. The internet is slow, but that for me is not a problem because I get good data service from a wireless carrier and a wi-fi hotspot from my phone. Cheers."

"The house was so fun—very artsy and creative decors. Something new and different to look at anywhere you looked! Loved the house! The property was beautifully landscaped, too! The location was beautiful—right on the river with beautiful mountains all around. It felt very private. Our family had a great time there. Great for our kids who live in NYC to get out of the city. Had a great time kayaking. We rented from a place in Hancock. Enjoyed the little sauna. Grilled out. Only a charcoal grill, but did the trick! We spent a couple evenings around a fire in the fire pit. In all, a great place. We’d love to go back."

"Wonderful rustic stay with just the right amount of luxury (hot shower and outdoor kitchen ), on a working farm and in the idyllic northern Catskills. Denise met us upon arrival and gave us the rundown, and then left us to our own devices. The farmhand cabin is beautiful in its simplicity and privacy. I would recommend and visit again in a heart beat!"
