THE HOT TUB IS AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL $50 SANITATION AND REFILLING FEE. Perfect place!

This house was perfect for a family with young adults. The game room was fantastic and the location couldn’t have been better, within walking distance of so much to do! Would def stay here again.

Wonderful getaway with mountain view

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The mountain view in the morning while you sip coffee is wonderful. The drive up to the place is fully paved which is really nice and almost rare for this area with a view.

Perfect Getaway

This is our second time here. Fabulous location. Close to Franklin, but tucked away on Mtn with great views. Spacious, clean, fully stocked kitchen and all the amenities.

Perfect vacation week!

Wonderful accommodations for three sisters, 2 daughters and a cousin. Lots of room with lovely outdoor seating and indoor seating for all. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and looki forward to staying here next year God willing. Also, the mountain scenery is breathtaking to us flat Ohio residents!

Beautiful, Clean Mountain getaway!!!

Great place!!! Nice hot tub. Clean and perfectly laid out for rest and relaxations. The mountain views were to die for!! Million dollar view minus spending the $$$ :)

The perfect mountaintop getaway

My husband and I loved our stay at this property! Located just two miles from town but on top of a mountain with breathtaking views and a hot tub overlooking the mountains. It was so clean and just gorgeous I wish it was my own :) would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here and hope to return! Lynn communicated quickly and kindly! Best view out there!

We loved our time here. It was so relaxing. There was plenty of room to spread out. Our favorite part was mornings in the red recliners looking out the windows to the mountains. From the sun porch to the hot tub, everything was great. We will be staying here again if we ever make it back to Franklin!
