"The staff at the Uptown Inn were absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to help me when I left behind my folio full of important documents that I was traveling with. I drove almost 5 hours away away before I realized I had left the briefcase behind. Staff in fact tried calling me all along that journey, but I rarely answer my phone unless I know who it is because there are so many scammers out there. I certainly regretted not answering my phone this day as I had to drive five hours all the way back to retrieve them.. However, I cannot say enough about the honest staff, both the one who found my folio in the hotel room and the front desk staff who kept calling me to let me know. In addition, by the time I got back and retrieved my luggage I needed to stay again in Port Angeles and unfortunately everywhere was full, including this hotel. The front desk staff were kind enough to phone down to Sequim and find me a hotel. I cannot say enough good about the staff of the Uptown Inn. Thank you!"

"We were 6 people, 2 families, and had a great time in this house. There was plenty of room for everyone, the kitchen was large and well stocked for cooking, and the view is great. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The bedrooms were separated from the other living areas so they were quiet.We didn't appreciate the late check-in and early check-out times. We could not get in the house until 4 pm and then had to be out by 10 am. I understand they need to clean, but other rental homes we have stayed in have managed to decrease the cleaning time so that the hours are closer to that of a hotel (check in at 3 pm, out by 11 am).It's a minor issue, but what was posted in the house about check-out did not match the texts that I received from the host."

The roomy patio has a table & chairs, sofa with fire pit, and hot tub. It was also protected visually via a wood fence. Loved this area!3. Fun design. The house was beautiful with a fun design!"

"Walk in and be blown away by the view over the water! Binoculars provided help you watch the ships come and go plus see the quail and deer up close through the dining room window. The place is so comfortable with a well appointed kitchen, luxurious bedding and many homey touches to make your stay feel special.Port Angeles has so much to do, too. We've been coming for three years and still find new places to explore. Salt Creek is great for tide pooling, downtown has wonderful antique shops and galleries, go to Wendy's for delicious Chinese food and the Hook and Line Pub for great seafood and clam chowder. We took the ferry to Victoria to the Empress Hotel for high tea (booked earlier) and to see the Miniature Museum. We've also visited Port Townsend and Sea Stacks on the coast. We had an amazing whale watching tour as well. A humpback came right up to our boat!Emma and Scott are so welcoming and our stay was excellent."
