「Room was clean but not stocked. Stove, microwave, refrigerator etc but no dishes, silverware,pans etc. Thin walls, hard to sleep with the loud talking and noise from nearby rooms tv's. Lacking a comfortable breakfast room, only 3 very tall tables. Nothing offered but coffee and the coffee was out one morning. I would suggest the Hampton Inn.」

「Wasn’t able to check in until 6 pm. Room not ready. Short staffed. Most of the time we were coming or going to property minimal staff or no staff present. We were supposed to be at a concert at 6:30. Messed up our plans.」

「客室に入ると独特の臭いがした。換気をすればましになるかと思い、窓を開けようとしたが開かなかった。部屋を変えてもらうことも考えたが、必ずしも臭いのしない部屋に交換されるという保証もなかったのでそのままにした(臭いは、個人差があるので説明が難しい)。 昼夜の寒暖差のある時期だったので、エアコンを冷房から暖房に切り替えたら、異様な臭いが発せられたので、エアコンを停止し、窓は開かないので入口のドアを開放した。しかし、エレベーターの真ん前の部屋だったので空気を入れ替えるほど入口のドアを開放することはできなかった。 一番残念だったのは、フィットネスルームを利用できなかったこと。部屋の電気は点くのに、マシーンはどれも電源が入らなかった。フロントに確認したら「サーキットブレーカーがダウンしているのだろう。残念だが、今日はメンテナンスは休み」と告げられた。ジムが利用できるということで、このホテルを選択したのに本当に残念だった。」

「朝食は、あまり種類がありません。静かでゆったりできました。周りには、レストランやショッピングする場所があり便利です。」

「Bed had crumbs in it. Pillows and bed had hair on them. No sheets or pillows for pullout bed only 1 sheet and a thin fitted sheet on the top as a comforter. There was loud music playing at 2 am in the room next to us. Doors slamming all night with people talking and banging on doors all night. 」

「I booked a handicap accessible room with the rollin shower and the wheelchair did not even fit inside of the bathroom nor did we receive a roll-in shower like we reserved. My husband literally could not take a shower and had to hobble on one leg into the bathroom to even use the toilet what a joke of an accessible Hotel room. Also the supposed accessible room was on the opposite side of the hotel from the handicap accessible parking spots extremely inconvenient for accessibility.」

「Kelly and Jeff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The motel was clean, and the breakfast had eggs, potatoes, and meat, as well as the usual fare. It was a pleasant stay for us.」

「The staff was really nice and responsive the common areas were nice but need ice. The room was a great size but it was dirty, food crumbs on the beds trash on the floor, and it wasnt stocked no handsoap or extra toilet paper. There was a kitchenette but no utensils. The tiles in the bathroom were teetering and missing grout the curtains were broken in the bedroom. I was disappointed when I said it was dirty they didn't come clean or offer another room they gave us soap and blankets that we...

「The room was fantastic. Spacious with separate bedroom with doors. Nice kitchen and bathroom too. Very delighted with my stay.」

「It was Memorial Day weekend prices were three times what they usually are I book a room for me my lady and her kid spend my last $30 to get to the Inn Town suites. I go to check in and findout they're overbooked and don't have a room for me. Which left me having to find a room where prices are three times as much as normal and I just wasted $50 on Ubers to get to and from as well as having to wait 2 weeks to get my money back on my card.」
