Very beautiful architect-designed house of 200 m2 with patio surrounding its tree-lined garden (riad type) completely out of sight, 70 meters from the sea. Large bay windows give it exceptional brightness.
On the ground floor: large room with living dining room in continuity, large open kitchen, utility room / utility room; TV lounge, dressing room with separate wc, 1 sink, bedroom 1: 160 bed with bathroom, bedroom 2: 160 bed with relaxation mezzanine and dressing room, bedroom 3: desk and 160 bed on Mezzanine, 1 bathroom with shower and wc. , upstairs landing-mezzanine distributing a master suite with bathroom large shower, wc, and solarium terrace with table, chairs and lounge chair. Nice landscaped garden, covered courtyard with shower back from the beach, large outdoor table, chairs and sun loungers, plancha, summer kitchen.
A deposit of 1000 € will be required on arrival and will not be collected. It will be returned in full 8 days after your departure if no damage has been found.

Wunderschönes Haus - supernah am Meer

Wir (Familie mit 6 Personen) hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus. Es liegt ruhig, wind- und blickgeschützt in einer Sackgasse. Es ist alles wie beschrieben vorhanden und es fehlte auch in der Küche an nichts. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liebevoll dekoriert. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Zu Fuß ist der Strand und das Zentrum problemlos zu erreichen und einen Super U gibt es auch in Fouras. Für Nichtkenner der Region sei bemerkt, dass das Meer in dieser Gegend eher eine bräunliche Farbe hat.
