「We spent a weekend as a family with our 3 grandchildren. We had 6 adults and the 3 grands and we had plenty of room. The house is close enough to Grapevine so we could visit the Grapevine downtown Christmas. The house is in great condition and the hosts were very responsive to check-in/check-out and any questions we had. Everything went very smooth. We would definitely rent again. 」

「Parking was a little tight for larger vehicles and the lot is used for valet in the evenings. However, we would totally stay here again. Because the bedroom is in the back, the Greenville Ave action was not an issue at all! It feels homey and comfortable with a full kitchen and washer/dryer it was a great value for the money.」

「The host has communication leading up to our stay. We were disappointed that the hot tub was unavailable for use as that was not communicated to us ahead of time. There was no wood available for the fire pit, either. So, the opportunities to use the backyard were very limited. The main level toilet would only flush by removing the tank lid and physically lifting the handle. 」
