Third year at Waterscapes with Family!

We love the resort. The kiddos love the splash pad and building castles in the beautiful sand beach. We are always too early to enjoy the lazy river as it is freezing! This unit has a good location, you can even see the ocean! It’s getting a bit worn. Cleaning needs to be improved, management said they’ll work with them. The floors were filthy but they had a bucket and mop so we cleaned. Lots of dirty, sticky areas too. We do love this resort though! Company responds quickly with help!

Excellent Family Getaway

Checked in right after a hurricane came through the place was still as amazing as usual. Facility was very nice and accommodating the whole family for the week. We will definitely be coming back again.

Convenient, easy, nice place to stay.

Recently stayed at waterscape C306 for our 2nd consecutive annual family vacation. Already knew what to expect from last year’s stay. Property is amazing for all ages with its various pools, splash pad, and lazy river to go along with the beach. Check in process is as easy as just showing up and unlocking the door with your code given in your pre arrival email. Housekeeping had finished cleaning early so we were able to check in earlier than listed arrival time. Only complaint is the floors were still visibly dirty upon arrival.

Best family vacation

The location was stunning, offering a wealth of activities including pools, a gym, and immediate beach access visible from the balcony. The kids were constantly entertained and never bored, with a wide range of options available. Additionally, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Room issues

Bathrooms areas was not cleaned very well had to clean ourselves. Third day there couldn’t use one of the bathrooms because water leaking from ceiling was still leaking the day we left. This was are 6th time stay at waterscape and this stay wasnt as pleasant as the previous stays. Not sure if we will return

Waterscapes

Had a great time w family. Room was located at end of unit and very close to main lobby check in. Had easy access from parking garage, which does not require use of elevator. It was a bit of a walk to the beach which makes for a haul when u carry basics to the beach. However, pool access was quick. A couple minor things need attention / maintenance like tub handles were broken upon arrival and sink was loose somewhat, but like I said minor things as I still rated a 5. Overall, all of us enjoyed the unit and time together.

Enjoyable stay

This was a nice condo and good communication with the owner. I would stay there again and recommend it for others. It is a good walk to the beach, but is great for families with younger kids.

WARNING! Unbelievable dirty and nothing but a hassle and a headache.

Where can I submit photos?! Let’s start out with the fact that our room door was directly in parking garage. Once entered the rooms the kids would have stayed were nearest the door, so their windows were to the parking garage as well. We walked in and dirt was all over the floor including a huge used bandaid. We wiped our bare feet with paper towels immediately. Black residue. Shoes went back on. Disappointed for sure but it just kept getting worse. The room we thought was ocean view, and at the least a nice pool view, was facing the kiddie splash pad only. The fridge apparently went out, which was not communicated (but they were aware when it was brought up). We had a tiny fridge in horrible shape. One room was extremely hot and when we took off the vent it was clogged and had black mold. All the bar fabric stools were stained. On our bed was a half eaten sunflower seed shell. The bathrooms were disgusting. We called to try to get out of this place and they sent out a cleaning crew. Which we paid for in the end. We paid 6k nearly for a wk stay and have been in better motels for $60 a night. We were forced to stay the night regardless. Not until the next morning did they agreed to give us a refund except for the night and the cleaning which was around $1100.

Great place to stay with a large group.

This condo was perfect for our group! Plenty of sleeping space for the kids and adults. The place was very clean, with two exceptions: 1) the washing machine reeked of mildew, and 2) the balcony floor was really dirty…made the bottom of our feet and shoes black. But there were plenty of cleaning supplies provided to help keep the condo clean. I also loved that there were pack-n-plays and high chairs in the condo. What a nice touch if you have babies in your group!

Great Family Fun

Property was very clean and close to everything. Pool and beach access was a short walk. Shops, restaurants and activities was a short 10-30 minute drive depending on what you are looking for. Check in and out process was very simple.

Spring Break 2022

The property is wonderful. Lots of stuff for everyone to do. The unit could of been cleaner, maybe look into a new company to use. We had 8 units in our party and our unit was the dirtiest when we all arrived. The owners are wonderful and very accommodating. The coffee pot was broken and with in a couple of hours someone was there delivering a brand new one. I would recommend this condo to family and Friends.
