The unit was clean, comfortable and with a partial view of the Gulf. The kitchen was adequately equipped and satisfactory. It could have used a kettle and a salad spinner . The bedrooms were also comfortable and good except the mattress cover sheet did not fit properly and kept slipping

Family vacation

The condo and property was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed making memories with our family. The only concern would be the water pressure and shower head in the master bathroom. It should be replaced. Overall I would give everything a 4.5 rating but that was not an option.

wonderful!

what a great place to stay, seems peaceful and quiet even during spring break. pictures accurate, except it is even more spacious in person. Having the beach chairs is an added bonus. i enjoyed watchjng the ocen each moring on the balcony! totally recommend!

Great location with plenty of space and a view of the Gulf

This unit is perfect! Stayed for 6 nights with husband and teenage son. Plenty of room for all, fully equipped kitchen, lovely balcony. Responsive host when I couldn't find my email with entry code, Wi-Fi password, etc. they also agreed to ship my pillow to me when I discovered that I left it in the unit. Will definitely rent here again.

Great for location

The condo was nice and clean. Had a very strong and awful smell near the front door for two days, but it may had to do with the cleaning supplies they used. Will use again if we come back to this area. The beach was nice, some of the chairs need to be replaced kind of falling apart but we enjoyed it. The people at the beach reminded me of being in an upscale PCB area so that’s the only downfall.

Property is not too big so stays fairly quiet. Pool and hot tub were nice. Everything is a little bit dated so not the most aesthetically pleasing place but great value, right on the beach, and close to good food and shopping.
