Blue Dolphin 403 Penthouse

  • Avoid the crowded beaches and long elevator waits! This is a 1800 sq foot 2 story end unit in a building with only 10 condos. The primary suite with a king bed is upstairs with it's own private balcony and amazing views of the Gulf. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open kitchen & living room. Beach service (2 chairs and umbrella) is included March thru October. This property has parking for 2 vehicles and an elevator.
