Great location and view. The heated pool makes a big difference, very nice! Unit was clean and more than sufficient for a relaxing time for two. Price was right, rental company responded great to a few things like washer was “fussy”, but figured it out with quick response from rental company to reset that breaker. But also had to give the washer door a real hard close to get it to connect and turn on. Fyi. Would rent again.

This condo was exactly what we needed for a great weekend at the beach! The location was great, the view was great, and the sleeping arrangements were great for my family. We will definitely try to book here again!

Great gulf view, very clean, there was no dish soap and only two rolls of toilet paper. For two of us was fine but if there were multiple people, you would have to go get more.

Relaxing

Great view from the balcony, clean, roomy, everything we needed for our stay. Pool was clean and never felt too crowded. Only down fall was that the beach chairs are included but you can't reserve them the day before without paying for it.

Pictures are accurate. Nice location. Communication could have been better. Apparently there was a problem with email. The couch is pretty worn. The patio door needs to be greased. Its extremely hard to open and close. All other rooms were great. Nice to have covered parking.

Only issue we had was with us driving a large truck we we were unable to use the designated parking spot . We could not pull forward with the concrete pillar . And someone parked behind us and we were blocked . We used the 2nd level parking and it worked out great

Nice Location

Condo showed its age and could have been a little cleaner, but nothing overly concerning. Elevators had some issues during our stay, maybe time for an overhaul. The Good…Condo is in a great central location to local attractions and restaurants. View from balcony was amazing, beach was clean, chairs and umbrella service with stay was a nice plus!

Would book again

Excellent condo and property! Could have a bigger sign on the road. Drove past it a couple times. Plenty of parking. We used 2nd level parking. Much more spacious. Bunk beds are noisy, but kids like them. I’d book again.

Was aware of construction so that was not a surprise. The noise and dust was not too bad. The odor from some chemicals used were nauseating for a couple of days. Did not like the parking space so close to a concrete post. Was difficult to park there if neighboring car was close to line so parked out in open a couple of days. VRBO needs to update the photo of the balcony as the one on the website shows normal height chairs but actually had high chairs that are hard for me to sit in comfortably. How to work the tvs confusing us but we did not go there to watch tv so that wasn't a big deal. Everything else was fine. None of this would stop me from staying there again. Just wanted to let you know what could be improved.

Our Stay

We’ve been going to this place for 15 years and always loved it! They were working on the building this time and it wasn’t a bother to us! Only one bother to me was the hot tub was not taken care of like usual! Usually it all is very clean and working properly but not this time! I guess they will be doing upgrades on that also later! Overall a wonderful time!

Clean and easy

Nice one bedroom. Well appointed and nice view of the beach. There was construction but they told us about that ahead of time. Balcony is a bit small but fine for two or three people.

Great condo

Great location. Close enough to Destin but not in a super crowded busy area. Condo was right next to the elevator but we didn’t have any problem with hearing noise from people going in and out. Short walk to the beach and perfect view off the balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Condo with outstanding view

This place was everything we had hoped for; great ocean/beach view, clean, comfortable, and quiet even during this busy time of year. It was especially nice to have 2 beach chairs and umbrella included. Would highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful Emerald Coast View!

Great views! Will be very nice when all the construction is complete. Very nice area for museums, attractions, etc. Not too crowded at the end of April.
