Emerald Isle 609 is a 2 bed/2 bath newly renovated beach view condo located on beautiful Okaloosa Island. This unit comfortably sleeps 6 with it a King, Queen, and queen murphy bed. Enjoy serene views from your private balcony, accessible from the master bedroom or living room, and watch the dolphins jumping about. Take advantage of the property's community pool and grills or nearby beaches, a 3-minute walk away! 2 Chairs and an umbrella setup on beach daily for your enjoyment.

Located on the sixth floor. Private parking. Beautiful direct gulf front views. Just remodeled and everything is new even the furniture. Beautiful high-end gourmet kitchen with granite counters, iridescent glass tiles, new cabinets and Samsung appliances. Baths with granite counters, walk-in glass tile showers with frameless glass surrounds. New driftwood tile flooring throughout. Three Flat Screen TVs mounted on walls; no expense was spared. Wonderful tropical getaway located beachside, Sleep with the sound of the Gulf. Very spacious, gulf front condo with full kitchen. Watch dolphins jumping & playing in the surf daily. Huge Gulf-side pool (seasonally heated), lighted tennis courts. Well-equipped kitchen, pantry, all appliances. dining room seats six. Spacious Living room with queen Murphy bed, cable TV and gulf front balcony with great new patio furniture.

Gulf Front Emerald Isle offers the ideal Florida vacation location for viewing magnificent gulf sunsets, playing in the sand, basking in the sun and swimming in the gulf side pool or just enjoying a brisk game of tennis on its private tennis court. Watch fireworks in the summer on Friday nights from front walkway.

Second time staying in this condo. It was a great condo with everything we needed and access to beach was easy. Only issue we had is the condo building is undergoing maintenance and upgrades so we had to navigate the construction.

Week long vacation

We had an excellent stay at this condo. The rooms were clean and well furnished. The pool area is nice and easily accessible. The beach is just a short walk across the property. 10/10 stayIf I were to critique anything it would be that we wished the TVs were smart TVs that way we could access our streaming services in the early mornings and evenings. (Not completely necessary because they do offer cable)

Family Getaway

Great Condo in a great spot!

We really enjoyed our short stay in this condo. The layout was great for sleeping our five person family, and the ocean views were beautiful. There was lots of living space to spread out in. The furniture and beds were comfy-we would definitely stay here again. We had never stayed on Okaloosa Island before, and I love how small and non-touristy it seemed, while also being so very close to all Destin has to offer.

Perfect vacation

My family enjoyed our vacation to Ft. Walton beach. The condo exceeded our expectations! It was very clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. We had the best view of the ocean from the balcony and master bedroom. The host was extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. We look forward to booking with Linda again

Cute condo, beautiful beach

We loved this property. We have stayed on Okaloosa island for years and we have found our new home away from home. We already have booked another stay here. The host Linda was very quick to respond to questions. The property was just as presented and very clean. This property has a lot of little extras that made it great. The paintings were a special touch. The kitchen was super well stocked with anything and everything we needed. The giant kitchen table was great for boardgames at night. The patio furniture was super comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and useable toilet paper (not 1 ply) are all things that are not normally included. The unit was larger than expected and perfect for my family (grandmother, mother, and son). The beach service was great. The attendant was very polite and considerate. All the people we encountered were super nice. It seemed more of a family place than a party place. Plenty of room on the beach to stretch out and play in the sand. We love having the boardwalk so close with plenty of places to eat and fireworks on Wednesday night in the summer. We always go to Wild Willys for goofy golf and arcade time. We also love AJs and the best ice cream shop right there close to AJs. The pool was a plus for my son. Most resorts don't have a pool 7 ft deep and he loved it. It was never crowded in the deep end and plenty of room on shallow for the littles. The grilling area was great to

Gorgeous Condo, Breathtaking View, loved everything

Condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. The views were so great and we especially loved the wonderful furniture on the balcony. You can sit on the balcony and see the Gulf of Mexico. What a relaxing stay! We look forward to returning in the near future. Book this condo you will not be disappointed. It has everything you could desire.

Beautiful

We saw dolphins from the balcony most mornings and encountered manta rays in the ocean which was very cool. The condo is lovely and has everything you could need. Upstairs neighbors were very noisy a few nights but otherwise a perfect vacation.

A peaceful getaway

Details that most forget! Clean new bathroom towels, including bath, hand & face! Extra garage GM bags in kitchen, plenty of paper towels, large bottle of dish washing soap & plenty of dishwashing pods, extra coffee pods…. We asked for a later checkout as my husband was working in Ft Walten for the week & they extended a few hours! Manager communicated fast in all areas! Will stay again! Beach service was great too!

Lovely condo

The condo was very nice and extremely clean. However it’s important to mention the pictures on the listing suggested that the balcony is directly overlooking the ocean, it sits pretty far back in a U shaped 3 building structure. Standing on the balcony you are looking at the 2 connected buildings and directly in front is the concrete parking area and firelane then the ocean. The kitchen is lovely and updated however the pots and pans need to be replaced. All are teflon and are scratched and flaking. We purchased new pans so we could cook our meals and brought them home. We enjoyed the week relaxing and the location was very nice. Linda was wonderful to work with and answered all our booking questions immediately.

Time Well Spent

We all enjoyed our time at the beach by renting this property. The location is excellent, and the condo is well maintained, clean, and comfortable! We rented through an agent, but also worked with the owner due to a special need required by someone on dialysis. Both were friendly and accommodating. Thank you both for helping us enjoy our time in this property. We will definitely rent again!

Wonderful beach vacation

Check-in was easy with keyless entry with provided code. Condo was clean, kitchen was stocked, beds and furniture were comfortable. We loved the balcony with a great view of the gulf from the 6th floor. We did not hear noise from any neighboring condos. The beach was beautiful, the included umbrella/chair rental was wonderful and convenient. The pool was great also. We did not utilize it, but there was a nice area to grill down by the pool. The kids loved the Murphy bed. We have no complaints and very much enjoyed our stay. The coffee pot can brew a full carafe, or a single cup with k-cup, for all the coffee drinkers that want to know.
