Good location

Overall the condo was nice. There are a few things that need attention, mainly the master bedroom mattress and master bathroom toilet. The beach access and pool was nice. The main elevator was a little aggravating, but that isn't room related.

Beautiful location and views!

We overall loved this vacation rental. Our only complaints were that the elevators take forever, and also the master bedroom bed is comfy, but there is some kind of issue with the bottom support of the bed.

Perfect location

Perfect location along Okaloosa. Quiet area ... then again the Beaches were limiting the amount of people. Closed the following day of arrival. Thankfully this place has a pool.

Son's Wedding

Nice clean spacious accommodated groom's family and room for the groomsmen to get ready before the wedding at the Gulfarium right on the beach close to walkway to the beach highly recommend Island Princess room 406 thanks for a great time celebrating our Son's Wedding

Nice Getaway

The property was super clean when we arrived. We had to call about the sliding glass door but they came the next day and repaired. I think it was just me but the condo felt a little dated. There was a ton of construction going on that was a bummer as I did not find out until after I booked this unit. It is a great location and super CLEAN which is important to me. The view of the beach was AMAZING.

MAJOR CONSTRUCTION

They did major construction the whole time. Woke us up at 7-8AM every morning!!! I was told it was like minor construction after i had booked and couldnt get my money back by then. But it was heavy and major construction the entire time!!!! Never booking there again!!!

Not what i have gotten over the years

Unit needs updated sofa it’s dirty, chairs are dirty, the drains don’t drain properly in the middle bathroom, the bedding is gross we had to wash when we arrived. Stains on pillows. Pillows on the beds feel old and the bed in the master suite is very basic you can feel AND hear the springs when you move on the bed- you won’t be comfortable.

We’ll need vacation

I flew in earlier than my family so had the place to myself. U used those days to b outside wondering about. When the kids an grandkids got there they never slowed down. Plenty of low cost things to do if u like nature. The view from the balcony was great. Saw the sun rise and then give us radiiant colors for the sun sets. The only thing that was an aggravating was having to remember 3 dif codes. It wld b gd for u to have scan locks where u r given a wrist band that tags the gate key. If u don’t have a tag bralette then put in a code. Other wise u don’t get in. Pictures can only say so much the beauty we saw a was a part of was simply amazing.

Outdated. Definitely needs some TLC!! Outlets did not work properly throughout the condo, the ceiling was dirty from the vent blowing, curtain rods and blinds were broken in the living room and master bedroom. You literally cannot check in until 4:00pm. If you arrive at 3:35pm and want to access the room- you have to pay an additional 75.00. The dishwasher smelled horrible. The stove is rusted. The kitchen cabinets are beat up and missing pieces of particle board. The fridge takes longer than normal to cool the contents. The room does not have a broom or dust pan. It has a vacuum, but the filter is so clogged it doesn’t do any good. We called about the condition of the room the day we got there, we were told a work order would be put in and someone would call to follow up…no one ever contacted us until the day we were leaving which was 5 days later. But only to ask if we had left the room because the cleaning lady was there. I then asked her about my initial call to see if she received the message. She said that she did and that the room was as old as the building… well ma’am that was obvious! Also, you only get one parking spot and they are not in numerical order so have fun searching for your number.

Beach Life!

We liked everything! We’d hang at the beach all day then play in the pool. Eat, then unwind in the hot tub. Perfect!!

Mother’s Day Vacay

Everything was fine, aside from the slow elevator and a several nights of very loud pool activity. I called to report the party, and was initially told they were within quite hours. I spoke with two different people before the issue was addressed only to have the same thing happen the next night. I would not have booked with this company had I known they did not take the partying agreement seriously, and we will not be back to a property managed by them. I didn’t call back because at that point I was over it, the noise kept my kids up and bothered my mom and mother in law on our Morher’s Day trip. We also smelled pot on a few of our walks to the beach, in and around the walkways between rooms. This was not the family atmosphere we thought we were getting when we booked.

Perfect Winter Getaway

Our family enjoyed a wonderful, relaxing week! The condo was very clean and spacious! Our kids enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub, and loved playing on the beach! And we made sure to never miss a beautiful sunset from the balcony! It was just what we needed!!
