This 2nd floor, 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo at the Alerio in Miramar Beach has 10 ft ceilings and an open floor plan with room to spread out. The condo sits directly across the street from two public beach access points — a 2-3 minute walk to the sand. Sleeps up to 8 with 7 dedicated bed spaces and additional sleeping on the living room sofa.
Located close to The Commons Outdoor Mall and Silver Shells Premium Outlets, and surrounded by some of the best restaurants and beach-side bars on the Emerald Coast.

BEDROOM & BATH
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a mounted 65" smart TV above the dresser. The master bathroom is where this condo really shines — granite countertops, solid wood cabinets, his and her sinks, a large soaking tub, and a gorgeous budded glass-tiled walk-in shower. Two people can get ready at the same time in complete comfort without ever leaving the master suite.
The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, a mounted smart TV, a large closet, and a full dresser for unpacking. The guest bathroom is positioned independently with access from both the second and third bedrooms. It has a shower/tub combo — another place to wind down after a long day at the beach.
The third bedroom has a bunk bed — twin on top and a double on the bottom, sleeping up to 3 in this room alone. It also has a large closet and a mounted smart TV. This bedroom shares the guest bathroom with the second bedroom.
Every TV in the condo is a smart TV with access to all streaming apps — just log in with your own credentials.

KITCHEN & LIVING
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook any type of meal — pots, pans, cooking dishes, utensils, drinking glasses, plates, silverware, a spice rack, wine opener, and more. A Keurig Duo handles both ground coffee and K-Cups — bring your favorite.
The living room was recently redesigned with lounge seating for up to 7, a dining table that seats 6, and bar seating for 3 along the kitchen counter. The living room opens directly onto the ocean-facing patio — slide the door open and the sound of the waves and the salt air fill the room.
A full-size in-unit washer and dryer is available to all guests. We provide laundry pods, dish pods, and extra trash bags so you can travel light. The condo also comes stocked with an initial amenity package including hotel-size shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in each bathroom, toilet paper, paper towels, and various soaps — enough for the first 2-3 days.

ABOUT THE RESORT
Alerio is a newer condominium complex on Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach. The resort offers a community pool and hot tub, an outdoor grilling area, and a splash pad for kids. The beach is a short walk away, and you're close to restaurants, shopping, and activities up and down the Emerald Coast.

OTHER INFORMATION
Guests receive their own unique access code valid only during their stay. On-site parking is available for one vehicle. Additional parking is available down the street at the RV park for $30/day ($25/day cash). The one-car rule is enforced from March 1 through November 1 only. All renters must be 25 or older (except children with adults). Photo ID will be requested to ensure renters are of age.
