"Nice hotel. Great location if going or returning on a cruise. However. Even tho we did extendive research of yhe area we were surprised to see the conditions in Colon. Cuty is broken, firty and we felt very unsafe even during the day. Disappointing."

"Staff, especially William, was helpful. The elevator did not work for a couple of days and 8th floor was a bit of a walk. The driveway access is in a really poor condition. The room was just fine. "
