Welcome to Hollywood Beach Paradise! Modern home located walking distance from Hollywood beach. 4 bedroom / 3 bath, two master bedrooms with private bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, top of the line stainless steel appliances, ample living spaces with an amazing patio, gas grill and a private heated pool with loungers to relax after a long day at the beach.

Please read House Rules before booking:

The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. NO PARTIES or events of any kind, NO SMOKING inside the house, No pets, absolutely no noise or loud music outside after 9PM, there will be a fine of $500 for smoking in the house or loud music after 9PM. There are exterior recording cameras and noise detector devices.

No more than 8 adults (10 including children) at the house at all times.

The space

Modern home featuring an open kitchen, living and dining space. Imported Italian marble floors, Two master suits with king beds and private bathrooms with rain showers. Two bedrooms with queen beds sharing a bathroom with a tube, all bedrooms have their own Roku TV offering cable service, streaming channels, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video. Bluetooth speaker.

Kitchen:
The kitchen features modern, soft closing cabinets, quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, fully stocked with silverware, dishes, glassware, plastic cups and wine glasses for the pool area, pots, pans, cooking utensils, Keuring coffee maker.

Three bathrooms featuring towels, hairdryer, initial toiletries such as shampoo, body lotion, tooth brush, tooth paste, tissues and toilet paper.

Laundry room:
Washer and dryer available for your use.

Driveway:
Parking for up to 3 cars.

Private heated pool, outdoor kitchen, gas grill, 4 pool lounge chairs, pool (beach) toys, beach chairs and beach umbrella.

*Home contractors: Please be aware that our pool, lawn, pest control company may be there to service the exterior of the house so don't be alarm.
