ADDITIONAL RESORT FEES (Paid at Check-in)

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: These fees are mandatory and paid directly to the building at check-in.

• Resort Fee: $40/day per apartment, includes:
- Beach service (2 lounge chairs per apartment per day).
- Pool, sundeck, and jacuzzi access.
- Free Wi-Fi throughout the resort.
- Ice vending machines in hallways.
• Registration Fee: $50 (one-time charge)
• Parking Fee: $42/day (discounts for extended stays)

⚠ Parking is mandatory if using the resort’s valet service. Alternative parking is available outside the complex.

• We do not rent to people under the age of 21.

• People under the age of 21 are not allowed without being accompanied by an adult.

• Your dog is welcome. It has an additional charge of $ 10.
