Bob has been easy to reach, very accommodating to my wife and I. The flat was clean and a good size for (2) two adults. It was about 100 ft. from the Broadwalk and Hollywood beach. We met multiple neighbors on the first level and they were all very warm and welcoming. Each said Bob was “good people” which speaks volumes of his character.Our only negative comment and it’s not terrible would be to upgrade the pillow top on the Murphy bed. A couple days are cool. We stayed (5) five and by the last day we could feel it.Again everything was lovely and we are thankful to have had the opportunity to rent this little Hollywood hide-a-way.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to the beach and boardwalk. The accommodations had everything needed to enjoy the week however the mattress needs to be upgraded/ replaced. I would definitely stay again.

Always a pleasure! Perfect location. Its clean, quaint, quiet, and if you want bars and restaurants, theyre right down the boardwalk! The beach is beautiful and steps from the studio. Very wonderful and we love coming every year!!!

Great little place!

Perfect getaway spot. Far enough away from the "action" but close enough to walk. Loved the pool and rooftop area. Bob was great with communication for the questions i did have. Would definitely stay at this place again! Bonus was Buddy the flower bed cat. All the permanent residents in the building were very friendly as well!

Great Place but keep parking pass in car window at all times!!

We had a great stay! Place is just as pictured! Perfect location! But keep parking pass hanging in your window. Ours was in middle console, visible but not hanging and our rental car got towed day 1!! It was a mess! But as long as parking pass is visible you will be fine!

This is our second time staying in this unit. It’s exactly as advertised. Nothing fancy but super close, just a block from the beach. From there you can walk to many bars and restaurants . It also comes with a parking spot which is hard to come by. The owner is fantastic. I texted him with a question when we got there and he texted right back with a response. We also had a problem with the coffee maker. I sent him a text and he had one delivered in a couple of hours! The unit has everything you need, plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, bottle opener, wine opener…there were a few chairs and an umbrella. They looked old. But we brought our own so we didn’t pull them out.We would definitely stay here again!
