Perfect immaculate studio with windows front and back with plenty of light. Renovated white kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Great fully Italian tiled bathroom with 5 foot shower stall. Comfortable leather furniture, table and chairs for dining and a great queen size Murphy Bed. Hanging closets and triple drawers built in on both sides. Pool,FREE Parking and WiFi. Hotel style heat and air conditioning system. A very comfortable home.

Always a pleasure! Perfect location. Its clean, quaint, quiet, and if you want bars and restaurants, theyre right down the boardwalk! The beach is beautiful and steps from the studio. Very wonderful and we love coming every year!!!

Great little place!

Perfect getaway spot. Far enough away from the "action" but close enough to walk. Loved the pool and rooftop area. Bob was great with communication for the questions i did have. Would definitely stay at this place again! Bonus was Buddy the flower bed cat. All the permanent residents in the building were very friendly as well!

The studio was perfect for two! It was clean and had everything we needed. Bob, the host was easy to reach when I had a question. The building has a lot of construction going on and the pool was closed. The noise was a bit much on one day only. Being so close to the beach made up for the noise! Overall, we had a great experience and took advantage of the great location.

This is our second time staying in this unit. It’s exactly as advertised. Nothing fancy but super close, just a block from the beach. From there you can walk to many bars and restaurants . It also comes with a parking spot which is hard to come by. The owner is fantastic. I texted him with a question when we got there and he texted right back with a response. We also had a problem with the coffee maker. I sent him a text and he had one delivered in a couple of hours! The unit has everything you need, plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, bottle opener, wine opener…there were a few chairs and an umbrella. They looked old. But we brought our own so we didn’t pull them out.We would definitely stay here again!

Place was just as advertised. Very close to the beach and broadwalk. Very clean and lots of amenities. Had no problems for the 4 week stay. Easy check in and communication with Bob the host was good from start to finnish. Would sty again.
