Beautiful 2,000+ sq ft split floor plan sprawling home with private heated pool. New flooring throughout the entire home. Includes 4 bedrooms (3 kings & 1 queen), 2 full baths, open layout kitchen. A total of 6 smart TVs (4 out of 4 bedroom's have a TV, TV near couch and also outside in covered patio). It has a comfy enclosed florida room with dining table and seating. Outdoor in-ground pool with miniature golf and guest bbq. Brand new cold central air conditioner throughout the home plus ceiling fans. There is a stackable wash and dryer you may use for your laundry. The private driveway allows you to park up to 5 cars. Gated dog run on the side of the home. We are pet friendly!
The Kitchen includes: All utensils for eating and cooking, pots, pans, colander, grater, peeler, dishes, bowls, wine glasses, Keurig, farberware coffee pot, brand kitchen amenities and much more. Ample coffee, tea, and many spices available as well.
Washer and Dryer in the unit, full sized ironing board and iron.
The Pool is surrounded by 4 sun lounge chairs, several chairs, and 2 tables. Towels are also provided.
