This place is awesome! Very clean and safe. It’s also one block from the beach. They do charge $10 a day for parking.

The location is great. 5 minutes from the pier. But something that made me sad was waking up with a bite on my face and hand, which appeared to be from a spider. I went to reception and they just said I could ask someone to clean the room and someone to spray. 3 days after someone showed up to spray. They made a bit of a fuss about it. I had to sleep with the lamp on every night because if it were a spider, it didn't like light and wouldn't attack me again. this is very bad

Fantastic - amazing value and would definitely recommend this property, quiet nice pool great location, beach close by, and some good restaurants too. Staff are very friendly and the room is perfect.

Woken up at 4am with someone on drugs hitting things and making noise screaming smacking hands together out of their mind on the second floor smoking. Obviously couldn’t go back to sleep after that. Was upsetting and no one to call as the office closed at midnight. Felt like a cheap apartment building that they had some short term rentals in.

Such a great little place ~5 min walk from the beach, we had a great time here (16-20 April)! Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and updated, house keeping needs to be requested a day ahead of time so just plan ahead, it's not a problem. Pool area is clean and safe, could maybe use one more cabana to lounge in but it might just have been too early in the season to put them out. Area around resort is quiet and safe. Decent bars and restaurants ($$ to $$$) are 5 min walk, grocery stores and other bars/restaurants <10 min drive. Parking ($10/night) and beach chair/umbrella rental ($10/day) is reasonable. This place is a gem, staff are great, and we would totally stay here again!

The overall property was good but parking was limited. It was packed and you didnt know if you were going to have space to park in despite being charged $10 a night to park. It was walking distance to the beach and had plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area.

This property is not well maintained. Water in the showe is either cold or burning hot. We came home to bigs everywhere one evening. Air conditioning machine is noisy. The only positive is the location and the pool is nice. Photos are misleading

Didn’t like the fact that I had to pay for parking. A plus plus the matress was exceptional. The reception was very pleasant and walking distance to restaurants and some shops.

The location was good. Walk to beach and restaurants. Beautiful heated pool. Comfortable beds. Quiet during our stay. It was great having a normal coffee pot that didnt require special pods. Some minor improvements could have improved our stay such as a dresser to put our clothes in or some kind of shelf in the shower to put our essentials on. Some extra hooks to hang stuff on would have been great!!! An ice machine would have been great too! Maybe put a battery in the clock on the wall as well and get rid of those cloudy plastic wine glasses. I didn't see the $200 deposit before I reserved. Also a $10 parking fee daily. Not a fan of either.

I stayed at this property for one night and overall had a good experience. It is walking distance to the beach and multiple restaurants. My unit was clean and comfortable. The king bed did sag in the center, I'm not certain if it was two twins pushed together or just an old mattress. The woman who initially helped me check in was very kind and helpful! It was wonderful to be welcomed by her. The only reason I didn't give this property 5 stars was because of the noise. When I arrived, there was a handy man working on the door right outside my unit. I wouldn't have even minded, except I had to be in my room on a work call and he was drilling and hammering for an hour. I'd also like to note for others that enjoy peace and quiet like myself that this property is motel style with the pool right in the center of all the units. Be advised, there may be children screaming like I experienced. This is not the fault of the property, but the disregard by parents who leave their children unsupervised. You may also be subject to listening to people utilizing the pool at 10:00 PM as well as the loud conversations of those entering and leaving the property. You will hearing those walking above you if you are on the first floor. If noise doesn't particularly bother you then this place is perfect!
