Our property offers a spacious and well organized parking lot, located directly in front of the building for easy access. The lot features clearly marked parking spaces, smooth pavement, and plenty of room for guests to park comfortably during their stay. Its open layout allows for simple maneuvering. Parking is just steps from your unit, making check-in, luggage unloading, and daily outings quick and convenient.

Guests have access to one parking spot per stay. Please note that only regular family cars are allowed no oversized vehicles, cargo vans, trailers, or anything larger than a standard pickup truck.

Failure to check out on time will result in overstay fees.

Occupancy & Guest Registration

Parking

- Parking is not guaranteed at all units.
- Please review your property details for parking availability and any applicable fees.
- When provided, one parking spot per reservation is available for standard-size personal vehicles only.
- No trailers, boats, RVs, campers, mobile homes, 4-wheelers, buses, box trucks, or commercial vehicles allowed.
-Violation may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

Conduct & Noise

-We cater to couples, families, business professionals or anyone looking for a peaceful getaway, quiet overnight stay before heading on a cruise or a relaxing stay-cation.

If you are looking for a place to have a gathering of any kind (party, staying up late and being loud and playing music, etc) - please do not book any of our properties.

No parties or gatherings of any kind are permitted

Only those persons listed under the reservation details and approved by us will be allowed at the property

Quiet time is observed between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

- Avoid slamming doors, talking loudly or being loud in general, especially after 10 p.m.
- Playing loud music is not permitted at any time, it can disturb other guests
- Host reserves the right for service providers to access exterior areas for landscaping, pest control, or maintenance during your stay.

Smoking Policy

- No indoor smoking (includes cigarettes, vaping, hookah, cigars, or cannabis).
- Outdoor smoking is permitted at least 10 feet from the building, with doors and windows closed.
-All of our units are non-smoking units (tobacco, marijuana etc.)

Climate & Pests

- South Florida’s subtropical climate may occasionally allow geckos or insects inside, despite routine pest control.
- Refunds are not provided for such occurrences.

Deliveries & Storage

- Guests must request permission before having packages delivered.
- Packages are only permitted during active reservation dates.
- USPS mail is not accepted; please use local shipping or pickup services.
- No luggage storage is available before or after your stay.

Cancellation Policy

- By booking this property, you acknowledge and agree to the cancellation policy outlined in your reservation.
- Any cancellation requests outside of the stated policy are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- By confirming your booking, you understand and accept that exceptions to the cancellation policy may not be approved.

Prohibited Activities

- No crypto mining or similar electronic activities.
- No illegal activity or subletting under any circumstance.

POOL SAFETY NOTICE
There is no lifeguard on duty.
Swimming is at your own risk.
Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool area.
The pool gate must remain closed at all times.
Unsafe behavior, running, diving, or glass containers are not permitted.

As a software-connected Host, we charge and collect security deposit outside of Airbnb https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/2827/collecting-fees-outside-airbnb using a separate payment method⁠: A refundable security deposit in the amount of $200 will be collected prior to check in. The deposit will be returned at check-out unless any of the above mentioned rules are broken. You can submit the deposit via several contactless options or cash. Spring break deposit of $500 is applicable to all reservations from Match 1 till April 30th.
