Room was filled with roaches,smeared across walls and ceiling, grounds unkept, staff doesn't speak english, spilled detergent on floor infront of machine, not handicapped accessible or considerate of handicapped with leg amputee refused to put on main level,fuse blew everytome the cracked taped hairdryer turned on,ppl swimming in pool all hours of night,was moved to another hotel far from beach, filthy floors, filthy room

This facility was a dump & there are no on-site employees to help with any issues. Mold in the shower & on the bathroom walls. Bed was broken & the mattress for the pull out is waffer thin. Also be AWARE animals/pets are allowed in the rooms so of course my unit smelled like cat urine. OVERALL would never recommend using Expedia or to stay at Beachside Gardens Apartments by Lowkl. Customer service is not these companies prioritizes.

The room was perfect for the location, one block from the ocean and all the restaurants. The request for an electrical repair was handled in a timely manner. There is a TV, but we could not find a way to operate it. The AC unit was near the bed and loud so we shut it off to sleep. We loved sitting outside for coffee near the pool. It was very peaceful and we appreciate you running such an affordable apartment.

Excellent location. The room has everything you need- very cute. However, I encountered a cockroach. The place had a weird smell. While the finishings are somewhat updated as far as decor and flooring, when you look up close things that needed repair were not done properly. Cheap patch up job like slapping a bandaid on some things. Which made the unit feel not as nice as the photos convey. The bathroom needs a full gut- I don’t anything has been changed since the 1960s. The “bathtub” should be removed; you can see its been painted over and over- and the rubber anti slip matt is skeevy knowing everyone is showering on it; its a nesting spot for germs fungus and bacteria. The plumbing for the shower is a cause for concern- the nozzles to turn water on/cold/hot are confusing and corroded- and not even attached to the wall! The pool could use daily cleaning. Would be nice to have a property manager on premises and give the place a little life- maybe some music by the pool. The door lock is tricky esp when no one is physically around to help- its a code access- I got locked out a couple of time and had to call the number, I was told what to do but then hung up on. Despite all of that- I would still stay again because of the excellent location.

This was definitely NOT a 1 bdrm. There was a rail between the 2 bed areas but no curtain so no privacy. Floors and surfaces of furniture were dirty and sticky. The fold out bed was REALLY flimsy and uncomfortable. We requested early/late check out but were told a flat no. The AC unit was patched up and barely lodged in the window and was NOISY. The check-in process was a disaster. Such a huge disappointment.

Sadly there was no one there to assist with getting in the room. I spoke to several other guests and they had issues as well. They helped me get into the room and how to lock it when I left the room for the day. It’s in a great location. And would be a great place for a family who is looking for a motel. It’s only a few blocks from the beach and restaurants. The pool is only a few feet from the entrance of the rooms on the first floor. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax I would not recommend it. Again families traveling together it’s great.

I never ran into staff but when I had a question It was responded to on phone or text in a reasonable amount of time. All the amenities were perfect for a couple people and a couple visitors Maybe because I never been there the lighting in parking lot could have had more. Pool was a little dirty at the bottom. The location was perfect for eating and little shops and close walk to beach. All in all I had no issues. Thank you!

We absolutely Loved our stay here!! It was clean, roomy, location was perfect!! The staff was helpful at All hours by text. I could had called but i prefer to text. 😊 I have a kid going to college near by this property so we plan on coming back VERY soon!!

Cute room with a well appointed kitchen. The location was amazing: 90 second stroll to beach and fishing pier. Pool and courtyard were serviceably cute. The only issue was with the door locks tumbler: it often took 30 seconds to jigger the key to fit. On one occasion it took minutes. A property that had an on site office and staff would have handled that same day. It took a few days. But once replaced the issue was fine. Still pleasant 2 week experience

Third time we stay here, and this time we got a room that seems to be renovated, and cleaning was on point. I love it here because of the location, that’s is impeccable! And seeing them improving the the rooms is very exciting!

Excellent location!!! 1/2 a block from the beach, 1 block from all the best bar and restaurants from deerfield beach. Great price too.
