I can say that the location is great, but the setting is quite ugly; there is no reception, no one there to provide any support, and the place is a bit dirty—though the location is excellent. It's quite different from the photos on the internet.

The room was perfect for the location, one block from the ocean and all the restaurants. The request for an electrical repair was handled in a timely manner. There is a TV, but we could not find a way to operate it. The AC unit was near the bed and loud so we shut it off to sleep. We loved sitting outside for coffee near the pool. It was very peaceful and we appreciate you running such an affordable apartment.

Excellent location. The room has everything you need- very cute. However, I encountered a cockroach. The place had a weird smell. While the finishings are somewhat updated as far as decor and flooring, when you look up close things that needed repair were not done properly. Cheap patch up job like slapping a bandaid on some things. Which made the unit feel not as nice as the photos convey. The bathroom needs a full gut- I don’t anything has been changed since the 1960s. The “bathtub” should be removed; you can see its been painted over and over- and the rubber anti slip matt is skeevy knowing everyone is showering on it; its a nesting spot for germs fungus and bacteria. The plumbing for the shower is a cause for concern- the nozzles to turn water on/cold/hot are confusing and corroded- and not even attached to the wall! The pool could use daily cleaning. Would be nice to have a property manager on premises and give the place a little life- maybe some music by the pool. The door lock is tricky esp when no one is physically around to help- its a code access- I got locked out a couple of time and had to call the number, I was told what to do but then hung up on. Despite all of that- I would still stay again because of the excellent location.

Sadly there was no one there to assist with getting in the room. I spoke to several other guests and they had issues as well. They helped me get into the room and how to lock it when I left the room for the day. It’s in a great location. And would be a great place for a family who is looking for a motel. It’s only a few blocks from the beach and restaurants. The pool is only a few feet from the entrance of the rooms on the first floor. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax I would not recommend it. Again families traveling together it’s great.

I never ran into staff but when I had a question It was responded to on phone or text in a reasonable amount of time. All the amenities were perfect for a couple people and a couple visitors Maybe because I never been there the lighting in parking lot could have had more. Pool was a little dirty at the bottom. The location was perfect for eating and little shops and close walk to beach. All in all I had no issues. Thank you!

Cute room with a well appointed kitchen. The location was amazing: 90 second stroll to beach and fishing pier. Pool and courtyard were serviceably cute. The only issue was with the door locks tumbler: it often took 30 seconds to jigger the key to fit. On one occasion it took minutes. A property that had an on site office and staff would have handled that same day. It took a few days. But once replaced the issue was fine. Still pleasant 2 week experience

Well it started out a bit rough but their customer service is excellent. We were transferred into another apartment and enjoyed our stay. So nice to be able to take a very short walk to the beach. The pool was clean and refreshing. The area is beautiful.

It’s the second time I stay there, This time around it wasn’t so clean, shower head had to be replaced while we were there, door locks weren’t working. These are only little things. It’s very well located with a great parking lot, I just pray they don’t lower their standards so much. I love its location but the wife doesn’t want to go back. Last year wasn’t pristine either but it just added everything up.

The place was a clean apartment with a sofa bed. Lots of cooking utensils, which were all new. The fridge was clean. Th tv had Netflix. The Wi-Fi was good. Check in to the room was a key in a lock box attached to some cable which was odd. The area around the pool was clean. The pool itself was not clean I could not smell any chlorine at all. The table chairs and things in it looked a bit shabby.. however for the price the Wi-Fi is great! And the beach is 2 min walk!!!

All we wanted and needed or our 4 night stay

Yes I would stay here again. The price and location was wonderful. Private.. pool right out our door. Free parking. Everything we needed to cook and even beach towels. 5*s Every phone call with questions were answered immediately. 5* BUT.. There was a couple things that was a bit of a challenge. The window unit AC was soooo loud we couldn't talk much less watch tv with it on. OH tv? If you don't have subscriptions to streaming services, you will be watching WAGON TRAIN day and night. The sleeper couch is too hard to sleep on. We placed pillows down for our son to lay on. 3* Still, I am telling everyone in our circle about this resort. Definitely stay there again.
