As Vrbo‘s go, it was good. There are a few amenities lacking. I wanna note that every time we did need something, Moar was very accommodating. The refrigerator kept freezing everything even though moar had a technician come and fix it. there was no hairdryer at all in the unit. And no dish cloth for the kitchen. every 13 minutes exactly an alarm would go off. I think it might have been one of the smoke detectors. these are constructive criticism and something that should be addressed for future attendees. Again, our representative for the house was very accommodating and quick to respond.

Clean, convenient and close to many places!

Clean, convenient and close to many places! We were in down for a concert at Hard Rock Stadium. House was as described. Was able to fix a late night meal and enjoy the pool, before and after the concert!

Dishonest host - stay away

The house itself is okay. Like others mentioned, not the best neighbords. The pool is not maintained which is the reason we picked this house. Here's the issue with this host. They asked me who would be coming and there was a misunderstanding and thought we were bringing two dogs. So they charged me $99 for one dog and $199 for a second dog. I don't own two dogs. As it turned out, our plans changed for the Taylor Swift concert and I stayed home with my dog and my wife and two daughters went. We didn't use the first night at all that I paid for. No problem. I wouldn't expect them to refund me for a night I booked. I asked them to refund the pet fee, since we didn't end up taking any dogs with us. They wouldn't refund me the one dog pet fee -my mistake and I was asking for a favor here, so it was understandable, but to not refund me a second dog fee of $199 that I don't even own is totally unnaceptable. After you book, they basically try and hit you up with a bunch of additional fees for stuff. Not paying attention, I just paid it on the app. They offered me an early check-in, when we didn't use the first night at all. Lol. So all in all - they charged me for: -a night I didn't use -$800 (my fault) -a one dog fee I didn't use -$99 (my fault) -$199 fee second dog (their fault) Completely dishonest and nothing I can do. Stay away

I will start by saying that the service was deplorable and I do not mean lack of attention, but rather, lack of respect, rudeness and threats. I was accused and offended by neighbors of the house I rented of being there illegally because they claim that the house does not have a license to be rented, in addition to finding it completely dirty, without toilet paper and an owner and representative of a very low level and integrity among other things (they threatened to turn off the light and the air conditioning). We ended up leaving the house two hours after arriving with my family because of all the problems we had since our arrival... in the place where we were looking to relax and have a good time... it ended up being the worst experience!!!

Disappointing

We stayed at this location with a group of 20, house says it will sleep 22. This is not an accurate description of the property, a more accurate number would be sleeps maybe 12 at most. The majority of guests had to sleep on cots and there were not enough linens for everyone. There were beer cans and liquor bottles left scattered about the pool area, the microwave did not work, there was no LP for the grill, the pool heater was left on so pool was 99 degrees when we arrived The house was not very clean inside and had cockroaches. We contacted VRBO about our issues and they sent message to host about our concerns and suggested partil refund but never heard back from host. I wouldn't recommend staying at this location or any location owned by these people!

Carnival cruise

This property was located close to restaurants, Hollywood beach. Me and my family had an excellent stay. The pool was amazing. Definitely recommend this home.
