The complex has a Heated Pool along with a great BBQ area which is convenient for you to do your own grilling. This unit comes with it's own private Parking Space. The location is superb.It is nestled in the Heart of Hollywood Beach, Only 10 minutes south of Ft. Lauderdale Airport and 20 minutes north of Miami Int. Airport.
