A few meters from the beach and the spectacular Broadwalk, the only one in the area for hiking, rollerblading, cycling and eating in front of the sea.
Located 50 meters from the beach and 50 meters from the intercoastal canal, surrounded by bars, restaurants, live music and fun for the whole family.
It is really dreamed!
Accommodation:
C. This large 1 bedroom with king bed and 1 bathroom is a fully furnished modern condominium featuring premium finishes, located on the bright 4th floor.
Large living room with another sofa bed for 2 people and Smart TV. Sleeps 4 people.
Balcony to the street with partial views of the Sea.
The kitchen-dining room is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven with stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, plates, glasses, cutlery, cups, pots. There is a washing machine samsung super speed!
The bedroom has linens, hangers, iron, ironing board and safe.
The bathroom has a shower box and a bathtub. It has towels, washcloths, hair dryer and bathroom kit.
The apartment has deck chairs, umbrella and towels for the beach.
Everything is designed so that you come to enjoy and your trip is unforgettable.

Aspect to consider:
Check in fee 56.50 usd only one time.
As of March 2021, the building will charge a Resort Fee, $ 39,55 usd per day . The resort fee will include: 2 beach chairs (third party company: Boucher Brothers). Access to pool and jacuzzi, and Wi-Fi throughout the property. Bicycle rental (1st hour free for up to 2 bicycles).


As of March 2021, the building will charge its guests valet parking.

second stay in this apartment!
great coincidence. the space is roomy and comfortable. when i reached out to the host, response was very quick, which was much appreciated. i hope this becomes the apt we have every time! (don't forget my comment that the kitchen drain was very slow...)

The perfect location!
This room was the perfect size for 2, and was just steps from the beach. We loved how close it was to all the great restaurants on the Broadwalk as well. The beach chairs included through the 3rd party group were great. We did have to ask for towels after only receiving 4 bath towels and no hand towels or wash cloths, but the host was able to get those to us within the day. I took away one star for communication only because the hosts attempted to come in to the unit Sunday night without reaching out or knocking, and we were a little caught off guard. However I assume this was just a miscommunication. Overall we had an amazing time and would absolutely stay here again!

can we stay here again?
Communication with the owner was positive. The owner was accessible and quick to respond to all questions. I hope that we might be able to stay here again - the daily rate was good. The only things that have us hesitating are the daily charges (parking and resort) fees that are tacked on to our fees. They added almost $400.00 to the total! Truly, this could be a deal breaker. It would be a great thing if those fees could be negotiated, since we are not legally "hotel guests," but Vrbo guests. Is that ever going to be remotely possible? Other than those fees - we like this location and the apt. was spacious and comfortable.

We had a great trip to hollywood. The condo was just as it was listed. very clean and comfortable. He location to the beach was great and the roof top poop and bar were perfect. we spent a lot of time up there. Overall everything was perfect. Would stay again

Great place/area
Everything about our stay was amazing!! Cleanliness. Pool. Spacious condo. Very comfy bed. Plenty to do in the area. We did not have a car and were able to walk to everything. Great vacation! Will definitely stay at Costa Hollywood again!

Spacious
Excellent location! Very spacious unit. Would definitely stay again. I would give this place 5 stars except we encountered an unfortunate water leak coming from 2 floors above and had to switch rooms halfway through our stay. The room we switched to was not nearly as spacious, no laundry, no view and was located right by the pool. The pool plays music every day starting at 8am and there are parties on the rooftop all weekend long. At one point we didn’t even know if we were going to have a room to stay in. It was a little tricky working with the hotel and the host because neither one wanted to take full responsibility for our inconvenience. However, the host did give us a small refund. If we didn’t have to switch rooms and could’ve stayed in the original room the entire trip, we would not have asked for a better place to stay.

SOLO TRIP WORKCATION
Great place for my work cation trip. Everything is walking distance. So no car needed. I wish there was a good grovery store closer. But Joes market and titos worked for small items. The food was excellent. The board walk was fun. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again.

I stayed at Costa over 15 times this unit looks like new very clean not one mark on the ways and had the biggest bath room out of all the other condos I rented there very happy
