OUTDOOR SPACE:
- Large, private outdoor patio with loungers, tables and chairs with umbrellas.

LIVING AREA:
- Two formal dining rooms that seat up to 18
- Two Living rooms with oversized couches with large smart TVs.
- Two kitchens fully equipped for all your needs.

KITCHENS: Fully stocked chef’s kitchens have all top of the line appliances and features. Coffee machines, tea kettles, toasters, blenders, Ice makers, cookware, glassware, dishwashers, refrigerators with filtered water dispensers, freezers, and microwaves.

BEDROOMS: (7)
The Beach Place sleeps 20 guests in comfortable beds. The 7, large bedrooms all have Smart TV's.
- Pac and Plays and High Chairs on site
- Premium Air mattress available for a $25 delivery fee.

BATHROOMS: (6)
All 5 bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toiletries (TP) and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.

INTERNET: Highspeed and wireless throughout.

GUEST ACCESS:
- Large front patio with BBQ, table and chairs and chaise lounges.
- The personalized self check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival.

CLEANING:
- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
- Starter dishwasher pods are provided
- Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided.

LOGISTICS:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TV's: All 10 of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE:
- Weekly Landscaping service usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning.

GARBAGE: The city of Hollywood removes garbage every Monday and Thursday morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. We ask that you please put out any used garbage bins in the front of the driveway Sunday night and Wednesday night prior to collection. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

PARKING: Parking for Two (2) cars is included, any additional vehicles are $20/day. (Maximum 4 cars)

PETS: No pets are permitted at this location.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.

family vacation

We have stayed at Hollywood beach 4 times now. This place was by far the nicest of the bunch. We had 9 people and it did a great job of accomodating all of us. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and was super close to the beach. We met the amazing owners when we were there. I would have no issues with staying there again. We had a great vacation.

Great property and location

We had a mini family reunion, and the property was able to accommodate 21 guests. Bedrooms were large, restrooms were clean and updated, Living area and kitchen was clean and updated. It was great that we were only a block from the boardwalk and beach. The issue we had was that the living room sectional is old and require replacement. The other issue was that the checkin instruction only provided key code for the second floor property and not the first. Eventhough ValVal concierge service was suppose to be 24/7 we did not receive a response to my call, text, or email until the next day. Overall we had a great time, and I would have given an overall 5 star if not for the communication issue. Recommendation: Replace outdated living room sectional Better communication from 24/7 concierge service Relocate the bbq pit to the east side so it’s not so hot when cooking in the evening.

Spacious

The property was very nice and the location was perfect. We could go to and from the beach in less than a minute. The only thing I would have liked is an internal option to link the apartments. We had a large group that were split because there isn't an option for a complete unit. Not a deal breaker but it would have been nice to hang out with everyone together.

Wonderful getaway... location was perfect

The place was really nice, clean and accommodating. We were able to comfortably house 15 people over a 7 day period with several coming and going. There was always plenty of hot water, chairs for the beach and towels. The large dining room was fantastic for meals. A couple of us were able to work remotely with decent internet. The street was quiet but close enough to the bars and shops along the broadwalk. Wonderful.. Would recommend for sure. All my questions were answered and the reservation, check in and out processes were very easy.

Great location, very dirty, poor communication

The location is a very short and convenient walk to the broadwalk on Hollywood Beach. Overall, the listing's pictures make the house look much nicer than it actually is. There were exposed wires in the bedroom closet in the room my three kids stayed in. It was also riddled with bugs, including seeing at least one cockroach. The couch was well-worn and one of the gas grills was broken. Messaging the management company, which seemed to be their preferred method, resulted in no responses, however, they did answer the phone when called.

Amazing location!!

We rented this house as part of our family reunion and it was an absolute hit! Great house and amazing location! Right on the beach, we were able to walk there whenever we wanted! The house itself is beautiful inside and very spacious. We had a great time staying here!

Girl's Week

I live in Broward County and Hosted Girl's week for up to 12 family members during our 6-night stay. The accommodations were great! We cooked and had huge family meals both in the dining room indoors or outside at one of 2 large tables with umbrellas. The apartments were very spacious, and we were very comfortable. I have 2 relatives who use a cane/walker so the ramp to parking downstairs was perfect. The proximity to the beach was perfect as well. Just a block! Valgal provided everything you can imagine to make your vacation great: Pots and pans, soap, beach towels and chairs. The only time we called the office was after a storm our TVs and internet were not working properly, but that was minor as we were not glued to the TV while at the beach! The service was prompt! Great place. 2 apartments. Will definately rent again when we have a group to visit the beach!

Great property with amazing location!’

We traveled with 15 members of our family and had plenty of room for everyone! The proximity of the beach, shopping and entertainment was great. The manager was prompt In her replies and we had no issues. I would stay here again and highly recommend. The only thing i did not understand prior to our trip, we were in two separate units and had to go outside to go upstairs but it wasn’t a big deal.

Great location

Great location!! Hollywood beach is right at the end of the street. The property was able to accommodate 14 adults and we still had one empty bedroom that would fit another 4 people or 2 couples. The host responded very quickly anytime we had a question. I would definitely recommend this property. The house was very clean.

Almost perfect

This property is incredibly close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Plenty of space for 15 people. It is recently updated and everything looks nice though a few final touches are missing (lack of dish towels, towel hooks in bathrooms, a toaster in upstairs kitchen). On site washer and dryer were fantastic as were the included beach towels and chairs. Some mattresses were extremely firm causing one family member to sleep on the couch. Others enjoyed them. I was told there were two pack in plays for the toddlers to sleep in but we only found one after an exhaustive search. Had to buy a second the first night. A few odd maintenance issues for such a newly renovated property. Dining room AC unit leaking with stains on the wall. Holes in drywall from removed towel hooks, damaged door to one bedroom, and broken shelf in one closet. Nothing that would ruin the stay though. It just stands out because everything else is so nice. I got multiple compliments on finding the property from my family and would definitely stay here again.

My FIRST VRBO experience: I booked this property for a much-needed family vacation after almost two years of lock downs due to COVID19. The transaction was easy from the get-go. I requested the booking through Vrbo and got a reply from the property management almost instantly. After booking the management answered all my questions to my satisfaction in a timely fashion. This property is conveniently located in Hollywood Beach a few minutes drive from main airports (MIA/FLL) and less than 100 feet of distance from the spectacular sand and beach. The check in was flawless. This house is very secured, spacious, super-super clean, it has all the things you would need to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. All linens and towels provided. Beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. available as well. Plenty of free parking inside the perimeter of the property. I traveled with my disabled mother and the entire house including the bathrooms were 100% accessible for her. Plenty of day/night activities going on around the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk. Many good restaurants and bars to venture out. All in all, we are very satisfied with this experience. We definitely recommend this property to friends and family and will re-book anytime we decide to return to Florida. (Delvys Cuellar from California)
