Incredible Stay!

I could not recommend this property more. It was perfect for our family. Bunk beds were a hit with the big kids and the pack n play was great for the baby. We actually put him in the huge master closet next to us and everyone slept wonderfully. The proximity to the supermarket and beach were perfect to. Having the pool right outside the backyard made it really nice to enjoy at any point of the day but most importantly during nap time! The kitchen was fully stocked allowing us to make incredible meals. A backyard including the kids playground. We honestly only left for the beach once! Otherwise we really enjoyed our time spent in the house. Don't wait and book this property NOW!

Great spring break with family

Nice layout, fantastic pool and yard. House worked well for our family of 4 with kids 6 and 3 years old. Quiet neighborhood, centrally located with a ton of stores and delivery options nearby. Great communication with property manager throughout and simple check-in and checkout process. Highly recommended!

Perfect for Families and everything within minutes!

The home was perfect for our family of 6 with 4 little kids ages 2-9 years old. It had a pool, a large patio area, a large yard to play, and a large playset. Nearby playgrounds are only 3 mins away. The nice open space backyard gives a nice free and relaxing feel. We looked at over 100 properties to find this home that has it all. This was the only home with a playset (bonus!). We enjoyed the large covered outdoor lounge and eating area. The property management company also provided two large umbrellas, pool floats, and yard toys for us. The pool has a shallow shelf area which was perfect for our 2-year-old to sit and play in about 4 inches of water. We all also enjoyed the night swimming in the heated pool. The location was in a very nice neighborhood with active families riding bikes around. All the restaurants and large box stores are within minutes. Deerfield beach is about 10 minutes away. The beach chairs and umbrella with a beach pull cart were all provided, as well as enough towels for 6 people. The home is very clean and modern. The kitchen has everything you need for utensils, pots, plates, etc. However, you will need to get food items, salt & pepper, cling wrap, and foil if you plan to cook much. The kids also enjoyed the little swing and climbing rope attached to the tree in the front yard. We also loved the safety door alarms/sensors to ensure the kids did not open the doors to the pool or front door. The communication and customer service are top-notch! We all can't wait to come back!

Huge yard, great for families

The property is in a great location in South Florida with a huge yard - particularly good for families with young kids. Professionally managed, clean, 10 minutes to the beach, and overall a great experience.

Great Family Get Away to the Beach

Property had a great layout, with a large back yard, and a really nice pool, was also well equipped/stocked. Location was also good, with a short drive to the beach and was in a nice quiet neighborhood, was also close to all beach areas, including Boca, Delray, and Deerfield. Internet connection was also great, as I was able to work remotely for a couple of days, as the rest of the family enjoyed the beach. Property management was excellent, leaving a simple but fun gift for the kids, and checking in to make sure everything was to our expectations.

Amazing property in a perfect location!

This house was perfect for our family (3 young kids). Quiet (safe) neighbourhood with very friendly neighbours. Located close to great shopping stores and 10 mins drive to the beach. The house was amazingly clean and the pool was heated the perfect temp. Highly recommend this house!

Work trip

I arrived at the property and it was spotlessly clean everything was beautiful and the house was fully stocked with whatever I needed. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning and staying again.
