Spectacular Home near Breweries & River District!

This spacious townhome is the perfect landing pad for all your Fort Collins adventures! It is just blocks from Old Town Fort Collins, New Belgium Brewery and the scenic Poudre River Trail; it is also only a 15-minute drive from Horsetooth Reservoir. You will absolutely love being able to borrow the complimentary cruiser bikes to explore the area before heading back to rest and recharge. The warm wood accents, custom designer touches and plush king-sized beds will make this feel like your “home away from home”.

This 2 bed/2.5 bath townhome is conveniently located within walking distance to Old Town Fort Collins where you can find the best nightlife, restaurants and shopping. It is also near the Poudre River Trail which allows easy access to Lee Martinez Park and the Poudre River Whitewater Park – both great adventures for the whole family! Enjoy a fun-filled day touring local breweries, relaxing near the river, or shopping in Old Town, and then come back to enjoy our spacious townhome. You will love the quiet, urban neighborhood while still being so close to all the action.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, microwave, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener

BATHROOMS: Half bath on main floor, hairdryers, linens/towels, iron/ironing board. We even include local favorites for every guest stay including soaps, shampoo, and conditioner.

We had a really nice trip. We had a little hiccup with the hvac but the only reason I mention it is to tell you that Stacy and her team were ON IT. They sent someone right over, arranged a repair and communicated with us about it. Really good service and a really nice place.

Great condo walking distance to brewery

My family, grandma included, had a wonderful stay at the townhouse. It is close to Old Town, New Belgium and walking distance to grab a coffee at The Human Bean. Would definitely stay there on our next visit.

We'll be back

We were up there to see our daughter at school and found this great little spot. Minutes away from campus and old town, very clean spot, quiet neighborhood, perfect little 2 bedroom spot for basically the same price as a hotel for us traveling with a family of 4. Stacy was awesome, very responsive. Only stayed 1 night, wish it was more, but we're happy we found this spot for the next couple years of our daughter being up there.

Great Condo!

This condo worked out perfectly. It's really close to old town and easy access to everything else we wanted to do while we were there. Check-in was super easy and the condo was well stocked and very clean. Having use of the garage was the cherry on top. Thanks so much!! We had a great time!!

Just as advertised. Spacious, clean, modestly furnished but very comfortable, very close to town. Communication was excellent and entry process simple. I like to cook and like most rentals Ive visted, the kitchen equipment is very basic. Regardless, it was a very enjoyable stay. Would definitely stay again.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed the house and was perfect for moving our son to college. The house was clean and neat. The location to downtown was easy walk and the community was nice. The only two slight negatives was the noise of the train and the extra pull out bed in the loft gets blasted with morning light so the teenager sleeping there was wakened early. We would stay again. Stacy was very communiative and helpful.

Great neighborhood location just north of Old Town

Spent a week here exploring Fort Collins for the Colorado Half Marathon. Location is great! Just across the railroad tracks from Old Town, less than half a mile from la Poudre River (walking paths, parks, etc), and New Belgium Brewing Company (just the closest of many in the area). The property was a great space - new build with ample space for work and play, new appliances, and comfortable beds. Communication was easy and zero surprises made it for an enjoyable stay. Definitely would stay here again.

House north of Old Town

House was exactly as described in listing. Very spacious upstairs. Very good for 3-4 people. One of the few properties I saw with a table for 8 people, which we enjoyed for eating and playing games. I have family in Fort Collins so we used the spacious kitchen and large table for our Christmas gathering. This is also the first property I have rented which had a garage. Added bonus for a Fort Collins winter stay!

Great location, great place

Location was great and we walked to Old Town almost everyday. One thing to be aware, mainly if you are planning a mult-day stay - there are no dressers. So unpacking is problematic. Otherwise it was great. I worked remotely in the unit for the entire week and had no issues. Living room was comfortable to hang out in, kitchen had everything you needed, 2 car garage parking was awesome... All in all - great trip.
