Family Holiday
Location of the property was great, right near the beach & golf course. We loved that we could walk to both of these easily. It was only a 5 minute drive to the main part of Forster where the wharf is & more importantly for the kids, the ice cream shop. The property itself was very spacious & a great layout with lots of room. With 5 bedrooms our 4 kids were all able to have their own space. The 3 bathrooms also came in handy after a day in the water & we loved that we could use the BBQ.The only thing we found was that the property itself could use a good clean & a little maintenance. Little things we noticed like dirty floors & dusty. The front screen door was off the hinges so couldn’t be closed properly which could have been overlooked however the lock on the back door was also broken so the house was not locked up entirely the majority of the time. There had obviously been a big group or party there before our booking as the bins were all overflowing & we couldn’t use them for the first 2 days. We were asked to put the bins out for garbage collection which may not have been such a big deal except they were so full & overflowing that garbage & recycling spilled out all over the place so we were then forced to clean that up. Overall a good stay.
