"L’hôtel est idéalement placé, présente bien, et les chambres sont assez spacieuses. Par contre, nous avons eu un désagrément (douche froide pendant les 3 jours, VMC qui ne fonctionnait pas donc odeurs très désagréables, et lavabo bouché). J'ai écrit sur hotels.com mais le gérant n'avait pas vu mon message. Il était désolé et a dû corriger les problèmes après notre départ. Je mets 4 étoiles pour cette raison, sinon il aurait eu 5."

"We stayed in December, off season. Most of the stores and restaurants were closed, but the grocery stores were open. The property was clean and spacious. The frying pans and spatula need to be replaced, otherwise all in the kitchen was good. The rooms were quite cold when we arrived; the heaters on the ceiling worked ok. There is limited hot water for showers and dishes, and weak water pressure in the shower. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a soft mattress - I loved it, my husband did...

"Excellent location Service level and maintenance of the property needs to raised to a much higher level. Payment for beach towels and just about everything as an add on cost etc for a resort or this calibre drops the value for money experience. No tea and coffee in a resort unit! Nor bottled drinking water! Fantastic location and lovely town and the front desk can do better to explain the use of facilities. Dining hall appears like a mass production unit."

"I recently stayed at Grupotel Marítimo in Mallorca. While there are some strong positives, the drawbacks significantly affected my overall experience. Pros: The staff were exceptionally helpful and genuinely went above and beyond throughout the stay. The location is excellent — very close to the beach and easy to reach on foot. Breakfast was a standout, with a great variety of fresh, high-quality options. Cons: Sound insulation between rooms is extremely poor. You can clearly hear conversations and noise from neighbouring rooms, which made it difficult to relax or sleep properly. The hotel allows smoking, and cigarette smoke regularly drifts into rooms from nearby balconies. This was a major inconvenience and made the room uncomfortable at times. Overall: Grupotel Marítimo offers great service, a convenient location, and a fantastic breakfast, but improvements in soundproofing and stricter controls around smoking would significantly enhance the guest experience."

"Small peaceful hotel. Lovely pool area and rooms. Well kept and really nicely decorated. We didn’t have one of the rooms with a terrace but they were really nice. Although not adult only it’s more of an adult hotel as small and quiet. Nice health fresh breakfast. Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach."

"The hotel looks nice. We booked a room in the main building but we were given apartment at the far end of the complex. They called it upgrade but we felt like it’s downgrade. The view was at the storage space of old sun beds. The hotel behind had extremely loud karaoke till very late every night- it was a nightmare and we were not able to go sleep. The biggest issue was luck of water. Every day of our stay there was no water to shower, brush teeth or even to use the toilet! The stuff didn’t seem to be bothered and could not provide an update. They even stop picking up phone calls at the reception to not deal with it. There was no apology given or any compensation. They didn’t try to resolve the water issue quick enough so paying customers can have access to a basic need in a hotel- having a running water. We are very disappointed and wouldn’t go back to this hotel."

"If you have the opportunity to stay here, don’t think twice. This property is exceptional and feels dialed in on every level. It’s hard to imagine a nicer hotel anywhere on Mallorca, and that’s saying something given how many great options there are on the island. The restaurants are outstanding, and the entire food and beverage program is thoughtful, polished, and consistently excellent. The beach is beautiful and impeccably maintained, with the kind of attention to detail you notice without it ever feeling forced. Most importantly, it fully delivers on what you expect from Four Seasons. The service, the setting, the overall experience—it all comes together in a way that just works. No weak spots, no compromises."
