「One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a property. My reservation was for 3 people and another person ended up coming so we had to purchase another room which was not a problem. The woman checking us in told us that she would give us a discount if we paid her directly instead of booking through expedia. The price she showed us was $1100. Thankfully, after multiple attempts my card would not go through so I said I would just book the extra room through the expedia app. When I went to book the...

「Kateryna is an excellent host Super helpful and pleasant She took care of any requests or questions we had and made sure we had a very comfortable stay! We will definitely come back here when visiting Italy and special Napoli again !」

「This hotel operates without on-site staff. Had I been informed of this beforehand, the arrival process would have been much easier. Because the access road near the hotel was blocked, Uber taxis couldn't get close, forcing me to drag my suitcase a long way on foot. I was able to enter the building by communicating with the host via the intercom (Ring system?), but I had to carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs; the stairwell was completely dark—with no lights on—making it both frightening...

「Well situated by the sea, especially given the Luis Vuitton Cup yachts were practicing in the harbour. There is a lovely bakery and bar underneath the accommodation and it is easy to walk to the older part of Naples」

「This is an excellent boutique hotel in the best location with beautiful views. The area is very clean and can walk the boardwalk late without concern. Rooms are very nice and better than most in the area including more expensive hotels.」
