"We were never able to check in. We arrived at the motel at 6:30pm. No one was available to check us in. There was a sign posted outside the office saying that check in was only from 3 to 4pm. We lost the money we had paid for the room, and had to find another hotel to stay in. A drug addict who was staying in one of the rooms was wandering around in the parking lot. He scared my wife."

We had our problems solved and questions answered promptly. The only problem was the master bathroom shower that had only hot water so we couldn't use it. There's a second bathroom that can be used instead. Great stay overall."
