The parking lot was tore up because they were working on a water issue? The water in the toilet was discolored. They seemed to be working on the issue. The room itself was clean.

Renovated room
Our room had recently been renovated and was way above average. Don’t know if it was typical of the whole property. Breakfast was very adequate (included biscuits and gravy, decent sausage, small omeletish things, in addition to typical waffle maker, juice, yogurt, and packaged muffins). The neighborhood has good variety of fast food, c-stores, gas options. Overall we were very satisfied.

Good stay
I usually do not stay at Wyndham hotels but decided to give this one a try. I was really surprised how clean it was and the breakfast was excellent. I really enjoyed my stay.

it can be better.
1] when we booked it shows there is swimming pool but once we get there out of order for long time [over 6 months.] 2]it says none smoking but the smell is so bad in the room and there was even ashtray in the room. 3]breakfast was unacceptable none of the food looks or test fresh yogurt was expired drinks were out of order don't even know why they say free breakfast.

Unaccommodating but clean.
Check in guy was kind of rude - had the stairs to our room blocked off which is ridiculous. If they were painting or something maybe don't put someone in that room. Ended up canceling our stay a few nights later and staying somewhere else on our way home. Room was clean enough and location was convenient.

The room was very clean and smelled great. The staff were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. There was breakfast available but it wasn't very good. The sausage and gravy was cold, and didn't taste good. The orange juice and raisin bread were the best options. I will definitely be staying here again next time we are in town.
