The living room has a 2.5-seater sofa and an armchair, a TV with Chromecast so you can watch TV from your laptop, tablet, or smartphone via the internet (Wi-Fi). There are 220-volt outlets available.

**Kitchen**
The living room is connected to the modern open kitchen, which has an oval dining table for 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest world-class appliances. No detail has been overlooked. The kitchen includes an American refrigerator, ceramic cooktop, combination microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and kettle. There are plenty of dishes, cutlery, pans, and kitchen linens available.

**Porch (Terrace)**
The covered porch of approximately 32m² has a large dining table and a hanging chair. There are also sunbeds available for relaxing by the large private pool. A gas BBQ (free) is at your disposal. In the garden, you will also find a palapa where you can sit comfortably.

**Bedrooms**
There are 4 bedrooms with luxurious double box spring beds (180×210). Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. You will also find a storage cabinet in each bedroom with ample storage space.

**Bathrooms**
Villa Nisa has 3 bathrooms, each with a wall-mounted vanity unit, hairdryer, spacious shower, and its own wall-hung toilet.
