"I like the location and have stayed here several times. It backs up to a park, and is within walking/running/cycling distance to Garden of the Gods. Breakfast, a little underwhelming especially if you happen to be veg/vegan, allergic to eggs or avoid pork. It'd be nice to have more options like rice/beans for burritos or sauteed veg options. Otherwise, it's ok. There are a few restaurant options within walking distance. You can walk to Manitou Springs (a little bit of a hike but doable) which is our favorite town in CO. Walls are thin but as long as there aren't kids running up and down the hallways, or drunks nearby, it's ok. They switch from key cards to punch-in codes for the doors which is more convenient, imho. Will stay here again and I've brought other friends here too."

"We always stay here when we come to cannon city! The owner is lovely, keeps the rooms/grounds very clean. Rooms are high quality and wonderful breakfast room/food/coffee/juices!"

"We enjoyed our stay at The Buffalo Lodge Bicycle Resort. The location was great. The room was immaculate and the decor was so cool. It was too chilly take advantage of the free bike rental, but we are looking forward to another stay when they have live music. The breakfast was delicious and included waffles as well as some healthy options including fresh fruit and granola. The staff was super friendly and the bike themed lodge had an awesome vibe. We look forward to coming back!"

"Sheets were not clean and we had to ask for replacements which we put on ourselves, hot tub was closed, breakfast was only cold cereal and coffee."

"The staff was not helpful or friendly at all. We asked about breakfast the first day at check in. We were told a whole bunch of times and asked again about just the complimentary breakfast. We were told it was in the 9th floor from 6-1030 on the weekends and 6-930 on the week days. We were also told if we missed it we could let the restaurant staff know and they would take care of it for us. When we got there at 940 on the first morning, other guests came out to let us know there was no breakfast and that it ended at 9. The restaurant told us it was $22 and no complimentary breakfast is served there. It took 4 hours for us to receive a replacement remote for our room and 6 hours to receive towels because the front desk staff was unable to find anyone from housekeeping to fulfill the request. We only saw housekeeping staff 1 day of our stay. On the final day, the water to the hotel was shut off. We were not notified we would have no water and were just blown off when asking about it. The only bright spot in our trip at the hotel was Lance at the restaurant bar. He was amazing, gave some great recommendations of places to eat and sights to see while we were there, and was the only friendly staff member we met. The other female bar tender we had was extremely rude and blowing people off in the very busy bar area. We came to relax and instead were stressed with our stay."

"The Manitou Pikes Peak Hotel exceeded our expectations. The location was excellent. The hotel was clean. The staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect. The breakfast area was always kept clean and tidy, and the food was delicious. I had a lost item and it was located by the staff kept at the front desk. I highly recommend this place to stay in Manitou Springs."

"Breakfast was great. Parking was never a problem. the grounds are worth the price of admission alone to stay there. It's all very well kept, It definitely has the nature retreat vibe."

"Wonderful stay. When an error was made I was upgraded. They clearly take vey good care of their guests. Attention to my needs was always present throughout my stay. Grounds are beautiful and amenities were amazing! While it is pricey, I will return, too amazong to not!"
