피렌체에서 머문 숙소 '실크 아트' 직원분들이 친절하고 빠르게 잘 응대 해 주어서 편안하게 머물다 간 곳입니다. 피렌체 어느 곳이나 10~20분 정도 걸으면 갈 수 있었고 관광하다 힘들면 잠시 들려서 쉬었다 갈 수 있을 정도였습니다.

We absolutely Loved staying at the Silk Art B&B! The location was amazing, as well as the room was clean, up to date, beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly. Would love to stay there again.

Our room was very spacious and clean. Location was the best you can wish for, just few footsteps away from many attractions, restaurants, and shops. Beeakfast delivered to our room every morning was also quite good!

The location was perfect, the view less so - but just walk 1 minute around the corner in either direction and you would find yourself at either the Palazzo Vecchio or ponte Vecchio so that’s amazing!!

10 stars! The property is located steps away from all the attraction. We walked from Santa Maria Novella which was a plus. The beds are huge (cal king). The housekeeping is pristine. The windows are sound proof. The mini bar is fairly priced. The bathroom is beautiful and pristine. They were available within minutes if we had a question or concern. The breakfast was delivered to our room every day very punctually. The rooms felt almost new. The rooms provide a good amount of space if you are traveling with a normal amount of luggage (carry-on and small suitcase). But if you are traveling with a ton of luggage I would advise to upgrade from the standard room. Overall very pleased with our stay and will stay again when back in Florence. Great big bathrooms, with HUGE comfortable beds. Breakfast is European (no eggs, etc). Location is right in the middle of everything (5-10 minute walk from the duomo, museums, market, etc). Overall, a great place. I’d totally stay there again.

Nice rooms but at risk of fast deterioration

The experience in this B&B is really good. The rooms are modern and they have the amenities that you would expect from a high-end hotel, including a large TV and an rainshower. Unfortunately, some of the things are deteriorating fast. The rainshower in the room was broken, the painting in the wall was missing, etc. Breakfast was fine and served in the room, since this B&B has no other facilities.
