  • Elegant apartment on the third floor without lift, which can accommodate up to 4 people, located in the heart of the historic center, in Piazza Santa Croce with a view of the wonderful Basilica!!
    In this square, the traditional Calcio Storico Fiorentino takes place, a unique attraction for Florentines and tourists, the Chocolate Fair and the typical Christmas Market.
    Truly unique and convenient location to reach any place of tourist interest without using means of transport.
    The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests, there are no spaces shared with others.

    It is composed of:
    - 1 bedroom with double bed
    - 1 bathroom complete with shower
    - 1 Living room with double sofa bed, dining area and fully equipped kitchen

    - 1 Laundry

    Free air conditioning, Free heating, Free WI-FI, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Iron and ironing board, Smart TV, Kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, Hairdryer.
    The first supply of bed linen and towels is included.
    Please note that the bathroom is located in the main bedroom, so to access it you have to go through it.

First time in Florence

Had a wonderful stay in Santa Croce suite. Fashionably decorated. Remarkable view of the cathedral and piazza. Had the pleasant surprise of seeing the Calico Storico right out of our window. It was amazing to see the crowd get so excited for it. The location is just far enough from the crowd of tourists but walking distance from all the key sights. Definitely recommend.

The apartment could have been cleaner. The carpet is dirty. I kept finding clumps of long black hair. On the carpet, in the bathroom. The lights need to be checked out. A few burnt bulbs or lamps that just didn't work. A hole in the ceiling of the kitchen. A hole in the wall of the shower. The walls of the hallway and stairs are filthy and need to be repainted badly. A third floor walk up. Great location. Not worth the high price of the apartment.
