12/29～31に宿泊 【立地】 駅からも大聖堂からも徒歩で大体10分くらいです。大聖堂行く道の手前にはメディチ家の礼拝堂もあり。周辺は様々な施設(飲食店、ランドリー、マーケット等)深夜までやってます。 【館内】 従業員は英語でOK。どの方も親切に対応してくれます。チェックイン時にホテルの位置を記入した市内マップをくれます。 14時前にチェックインOKでした。荷物預かりはエレベーター前のソファに置かれます。(ルームNo.を書いた付箋を着けます。)取りに帰る時間を言ったら、何時でもいいですよ的な事を言ってくれました。 エレベーターや部屋の避難図などは日本語表記があり。 朝食は7:00から。(終わりは忘れました)パン3種類位、ジャム、フレーク、ヨーグルト、ハム、サラミ、ゆで卵、バナナ等ビュッフェ形式でありました。無料のはずです。 チェックアウト時に宿泊税を現金で支払います。(1泊3€だったかな？) 【部屋】 3階のシングル、シャワーのみの部屋でした。壁に固定式のシャワーで、結構高い位置にあったので、小柄な方や女性の方は苦慮するかも。水量と水温はハンドル操作通りに動きました。電話ボックスの中で浴びるイメージです。カーテンのすぐ隣は便器なんで多少慣れが必要かも。 バスタオル、ハンドタオル、シャンプーの小瓶2つ、石鹸、は毎日用意してくれます。歯ブラシ、カミソリはありませんでした。 クローゼットも年季の入った感じの良い物があり、ハンガーも6本位あり。コンセントは枕元に近い位置にあったので便利です。 Wi-Fiはチェックイン時にパスワードの紙をもらえます。インターネットも問題無く繋がるし、途中で止まったり切れたりする事は無かったです。部屋によると思いますが、冷蔵庫とドライヤーもありませんでした。 【総評】 細かい事を気にしない、神経質すぎる人で無ければオススメ出来ると思います。

駅から徒歩10分以内、DOMUまで10分以内、近所に中華系スーパーあり。最高の立地です。WIFI、冷蔵庫、バスタブ、冷房、簡単な朝食があります。湯沸かし器がありましたが、故障のようでした。目の前にPUBがあり、明け方まで、うるさいです。フロントは、英語で十分コミュニケーションできます。

This was a last minute booking but we found an absolute Gem! With Breakfast included, large room, tucked away and very close to main tourist areas, this was a great location and the staff were extremely helpful

I loved the hotel and location but it was unable to provide us good internet speed. When I complaint, they just said that too many people are using it. They are using single wifi for two floors! Breakfast box could be better as someone is paying full despite we need to leave early.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado cerca de todo, incluso puedes llegar de la estación de tren caminando. Necesita una remodelación urgente en los baños, están muy anticuados y eso los hace verse hasta sucios, el precio es alto para lo que es. El desayuno sencillo pero suficiente, si me pareció un precio alto, definitivamente necesita remodelación para lo que cobran

Hotel muy bien ubicado, la zona es segura, desayuno basico: cafe, fruta, pan, queso, leche, mermeladas. Se me hizo bueno y variado. El personal muy gentil, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Si volveria a hospedarme ahi. Si lo recomiendo.

A good hotel that possibly needs some updating re some decor. Location is very good as the road its on is full of great bars and restaurants, and is a very short walk from the trams and train station. The guy did start packing up the breakfast really early one morning with the room full of guest, but apart from that it was a good stay.

Stayed for 2 nights with my family of 4. It was a horrible experience for my family in terms of the room, toilet, and the overall hotel condition. The AC in my room was so much noisy that my family couldn't sleep peacefully for a single night. The breakfast was served for a short period and was very basic too. Would not recommend.

It regrets that the noise of air conditioning has disturbed you.Breakfast is served from 8 to 9.30 with an offer of cakes, briosches, cold cuts, cheeses, yogurt, bread, toast, jams, express cafeteria and fresh fruit, with fresh products every day.

Magnífico Hotel.
Muy lindo Hotel. Muy amables las 3 señoritas que hacen el check Inn. Muy limpio y muy limpias las sábanas y toallas en las habitaciones, y su ubicación es excelente. Un desayuno muy completo, fruta, jugos, jamon, queso, panes, pastelitos, leche, cereal y café. Para mí es suficiente. Si me regreso a Florencia me quedaría otra vez en este Hotel. Muy recomendable.

La struttura è nel centro storico in una via pedonale, ubicazione perfetta ma la struttura è vecchia, le stanze rumorose, servizi da ristrutturare di sana pianta. La stanza che mi era stata riservata era minuscola con il convettore rumorosissimo ma il bagno decente, mi è stata sostituita con una piu spaziosa ma con bagno da sostituire. Convettore funziona regolarmente, solo che la strada è rumorosa fino a tarda notte e dal mattino presto

Excellent location - like. Dislike: - no TV in the room - barely existing WiFi with no connectivity - noise and renovation in the next room during off hours - lack of shampoo and conditioner / no replacement on time Pretty much the worst hotel I have stayed in in Florence - my 6th trip here.

Dear Mrs. Stephanie,We are sorry of you complaint, but it is difficult to reply to your review, because you didn't write what it was the real problem with our Hotel. The only thing you said to our reception staff was that there was noise...but we are in the heart of the city center, 500 meters far form the central station and the Cathedral, few meter far form San Lorenzo Church and the Medici Chapels.

The location is excellent with lots of bars and restaurants as soon as you walk out from the hotel. Restaurants also reasonably priced as not in the main square but the square is 10 min walk. Breakfast was very basic with not a lot of variety. Also not a lot of seating so best to get there early. Room was quaint and had character however a bit tight for two people (bathroom was quite small) however this is an old building so the room restraints are a given.

Molto buono
Soggiorno molto gradevole, stanze pulite ogni giorno con annesso cambio di asciugamani, bagno schiuma e saponette. Hotel un po’ vecchiotto ma in posizione ottima tutte le attrazioni principali sono a due minuti a piedi e la strada è piena di ristornati e pizzerie.
