Make your home in the heart of Old Town Florence with this three-story, river-view condo. Boasting an ideal location within steps of local shops, pubs, and restaurants, this restful retreat makes a great getaway for friends, couples, or families. Indulge in tranquil views of the Siuslaw River from the private balcony and spend your day browsing galleries, visiting the Siuslaw Pioneer Museum for a glimpse at the life of Florence's early settlers, or browsing artisan and antique shops. Heceta Beach offers a scenic stretch of beach just five miles north of town. You can even try your luck at clamming or drive an additional six miles north for a visit to the unforgettable Sea Lion Caves. From the condo, it's a two-block walk to the harbor and boardwalk. Plan an evening out with dinner and a show at the Three Rivers Casino, just a couple of minutes northwest of the condo. Florence is also home to many festivals and special events including the Winter Folk Festival in January, the Rhododendron Festival in May, Celebrate Arts! in November, and a special visit from Santa each December.

Spacious and close to everything

This condo worked well for my family. It was spacious and had everything we needed. Do be aware that there is a staircase to the main floor with the living room and kitchen, then a second flight of stairs to the bedrooms. This was fine with us, but may be an issue for people with less mobility.

Super great location and very walkable. Quiet at night. Lots of stairs though so be aware. Not a lot of available dishes and kitchen tools but close to dining options. The linens could be refreshed. Some of the towels are pretty old. The code for the door was also 10 digits which was a challenge. Overall great place

toilet paper holder was broken in the upstairs bathroom.hair was found on the sheets in the master bedroom bed.baseboards could use a good cleaning.the unit number was not listed on the address so we had no idea where to go. non plastic drinking glasses and a couple of wine glasses would have been nice.the downstairs bathroom showerhead should be adjustable.great location.pretty clean.

Wonderful location

Liked location and orientation of spot. Easy to walk to town and restaurants. No kitchen items ( salt/pepper, coffee or more than 2 filters, 2 ice cubes). Beds comfortable and bathrooms on each floor was great.

Overall good property. Curtain blinds didn't work in main bedroom and minor problem two lamps and milk left in refrigerator. Main complaint however was unable to bypass Captcha to contact management to correct blinds for privacy and online couldn't get through to get telephone number to direct connect. Robo reply was insufficient

Great location

We walked to get coffee in the morning and to Dinner. In old town Florence close to shops! The house was fine, comfortable and clean. It was missing pot holders thou but that wasnt a big deal. We used this location as a great spot yo explore the area!

Lovely home

Located well within walking distance of the restaurants and shops. Because of the many stairs, I would not recommend this home to anyone physically challenged.

Excellent Stay!

Extremely clean (except for glass oven top), comfortable beds, two bathrooms, fully stocked linens, quiet yet very convenient location to restaurants and shops (walking distance) - would definitely stay again! Just a note: have to navigate one flight of stairs to living area/kitchen and second flight of stairs to bedrooms- may not be appropriate for those with health issues.

Excellent

Vacasa emailed us several times prior to our check in date with directions, door codes and instructions. The complex is clean, quiet and modern. Easy walk to bayfront and town. Condo was immaculate and furnished with high quality furniture, TV’s, beds, bedding, cookware. There are a lot of stairs as it’s 3 stories. Not a problem for us but maybe for some. Would definitely stay there again.
