First of all we want to thank you for your stay at Le Ghiacciaie. Allow us, however, to clarify some things: 1-you pay the city tax ONLY one time in cash at check out, you have not paid any tax in advance, therefore not 2 times, that is clear. Next time, read what's written on Hotels.com: "Mandatory fees You’ll be asked to pay the following charges at check in or check out: A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 3.00 per person, per night, up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age." 2-we carried your luggage up when you arrived and down when you went away, as we do with all our guests 3-for breakfast we serve fresh croissants cooked every morning at the moment by ourself in the oven. When you eat them, they are still hot. Furthermore fresh fruit, biscuits, cakes, bread, yogurt, jams, chocolate, honey, juices, milk, coffee, cappuccino (made with a professional machine) tea and much more. 4-on Hotels.com you can read also: "Key facts Hotel size This hotel has 4 rooms" Really we can't understand your dislike for us, but we have to accept is. Surly we will cotinue to manage our B&B as usual, with passion and care of our guests. Luckily (actually it is not luck, but hard work) most of reviews, here and in all web sites, tell another truth compared to that told by you, and we are very happy for this. Thank you again for your stay here and let us say that we hope to have you as our guest again, so you can change your idea on us.
