「It's in a good location, and the flat is fairly well equipped, but the access procedure on arrival is very complex and the instructions are not very clear (we had top ring the helpline, and we could hear other arrivals doing the same). 「The apartment was well appointed but had not been cleaned sufficiently. Lack of towels and kitchen cleaning items caused us frustration. There was a very complicated deposit payment system and communication from staff in different counties and time zones made it difficult. With no reception and no staff on duty there were things that were not adequately sorted out. 」

「Had a great stay whilst at the property. The flat is lovely and in really good condition. Checking in came with some confusion due to the wrong door code being given but all sorted once we contacted the landlord. 「The apartment is functional, great shower, clean (other than cobwebs on the windows), fridge, dishwasher, clothes washer, etc. However, it was incredibly hot and the windows are wired so that they can only open about 4 cm. There was a fan in the bedroom but it was extremely noisy. I am guessing they’ve had trouble with people leaving the windows open in the past and so have secured them in this way, but then they need to get AC as this was extremely uncomfortable.
