「Please be aware this location is close to a train so you may hear them throughout the night. Other than that quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown. 」

「My husband and I had a wonderful time here! The location is perfect - close to the beach, 295 & 95. The place was VERY clean and the kitchen was stocked for us to cook. Communication was prompt and check in instructions were very clear. The place felt very big. It was bigger than I expected from a 1 bedroom place. I would love to stay here again! 」

「Not only did it feel only "kind of" clean, but some of the things on the listing should be updated. They have changed the check out time to 10am instead of the advertised 11am. (Hand written on the rule list in the room with 11am crossed out with pen) Caused us to not catch a shower after our trail half marathon before our 15 hour drive home.
