"The rooms are in need of a major upgrade. Room on 1st floor reeked of mildew. Exhaust fan in the bathroom was inoperable. The ceiling had been painted over multiple times indicating this is not a new problem. There was not a single hook in the bathroom for a towel, hand towel or robe. The area of town was a bit sketchy. The decor was outdated- beat up wooden doors, carpeted baseboards, old shower head, etc. Silas at the front desk was nice & accomodated my request for another room. Breakfast was just okay. I won't be staying in another Comfort Suites."

"Website said free WiFi in room, (did not have it) DVD player in room, (was not & couldn’t get one) in room coffee maker, (had to go to lobby to get it) the A/C was awful. Either you froze or burned up. Even the toilet seat was so loose you felt like you were being slung into bathtub. I paid for two nights, but left the next morning I was so disgusted. The girl at the desk said I wouldn’t be charged for 2nd night but I was."

"I enjoyed my stay, everyone was really nice and helpful. The morning staff was extremely nice. I don't remember all of their names but Joseph was very kind and the o the lady that was cleaning the breakfast area. The gentleman making the omelettes was very friendly. Enjoyed the breakfast. The room was clean. It's an older establishment but still well kept."
