"I would give this complex 5 stars, the reason I'm giving 4 stars is two fold. Firstly that the kitchen is missing some stuff, Plastic glasses for drinks at the pool would be nice, (not plastic coffee mugs), a cutting board. We didn't cook in much, but that is partially due to the fact that there is only a stove top and microwave for cooking! A grill on the deck would be a great asset for this condo. "I have used VRBO over 20 times, 95% of my reviews are 4-5 star. This place was a BAD experience. No microwave so you must re-heat everything on the stove. Sleeps 9 people in beds and coffee maker makes 2.5 cups at a time. Upstairs shower does not drain. Door lock broke inside but there was a 2nd. Pull handle on door also broke. Owner left 2 towels for each of 3 bathrooms. She said if we wanted more we could go buy some. House shows no pride in ownership. Any thing that needed replacing was done...
