「This is a very well run, well designed and well maintained 3 star hotel. Simply impressive for what it is. The lady running the reception and breakfast room is very professional and very friendly.」
「Great location, spacious room, comfortable beds, very nice restaurant on premises, and a wonderful breakfast buffet. Overall a very pleasant experience. Important - if you're driving, the am Frucktmarkt address will only get you close due to pedestrian only zones. There is a parking garage in back (with a different address) that has direct access to the hotel - call ahead and get that street address and save yourself a walk.」
「When we were there (June 2025) reception opened at 1600 and was off-site.
You had to phone a number to get a key safe code to obtain your room key. When phoning, you hear a recorded message in German. Sadly, we could not understand the message so had to rely on the restaurant staff (who were on site) to help us connect to reception. German speakers would have no problem but non-Germans may have a problem.
Another issue we had is that the hotel states it has an EV charging point - it does...

Bei offenem Fenster ist die Straße etwas laut, was für mich aber in Ordnung ging. Das Zimmer ist einfach aber gut und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat mdine Erwartungen sogar übertroffen und das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.」
