'Island View' boasts sweeping views over Fingal Bay beach and Fingal Spit, large family home with six bedroom and located only a few minutes' walk to Fingal Bay patrolled beach which is perfect for the kids to swim, Fingal Surf Club, Fingal Sports Club, and Fingal Bay main street where you will find a general store, café, takeaway shop, bottle shop and service station.
There is an air Conditioned, open plan living/ dining area that opens out onto the front balcony where you can absorb the stunning views right across to Fingal Island. Having two huge decks out the back for all year round relaxing with one being undercover and providing the perfect setting to cook up a storm on the gas BBQ or just relax and take in the gorgeous backdrop of Tomaree National Park that backs onto the property. Having the inground pool to help guests cool during those hotter months which is perfect view from the outdoor seating area to watch the kids.
Built over 3 levels, there is a double lock up garage with internal access to the house on the ground floor. Walk up 15 steps to the living/ dining/ kitchen area where Free Wifi, Apple TV, Wii U, cosy fireplace, split system air conditioner and DVD player are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, Victoria Espresso Coffee Machine, electric cooktop, and wall oven. The convenience of having a powder room and a second living area fitted with a large flat screen TV, Blu-ray Player and Foxtel makes 'Island View' perfect for a large family gathering.
Up to the next level is where you will find four large bedrooms with the main having an ensuite, walk in robe, water views and access to the balcony, three way bathroom with the bath and shower being separate from the vanity and toilet. Internal laundry with washing machine, dryer, and access directly out to one of the large deck areas.
The top level provides two more bedrooms which are both fitted with split system air conditioners. The finishing touch of having luxury sheets and towels included and the bonus of the beds being made prior to your arrival is fantastic.

Property was very clean and well appointed. Seperate living areas but on the same floor was great with young children. Had everything we needed for our stay.
This is wonderful home in need of a little care and cleaning. I had to repair several lights, the BBQ had no gas and the TVs required a science degree to operate. The place is looking tired considering it is in the top price bracket. It’s location is easy walking to the beach and cafe and is great for a large family.
Great beach house with views of the ocean. Just a short walk to the beach. Has foxtel, Apple TV, wifi, air cons and wood heater. Steep driveway. Overall a great house for the family to stay in.
