「The check in was fine, staff friendly and very helpful. However, though the shower had plenty of hot water, the bathroom sink had no hot water at night nor in the morning. Also the coffee machine only managed to make a cold, weak coffee. Undrinkable. I called for help in the morning, but got none.」

「When we arrived at the hotel, I discovered that I had accidentally booked the wrong evening. Fortunately, they had a room, and were very accommodating to switch nights for us! It was within walking distance of multiple restaurants, had plenty of offstreet parking, and for the price, was great.」

「The inn has a cute Scandinavian vibe and covers all the basics: clean room, comfortable bed, good size bathroom. Where they absolutely excel is with their staff. Front staff went out of their way 3 times to make my stay perfect. Kudos to them. 」

「Nantucket Inn has moved right to the top of our favorite bed and breakfast stays. Check-in was easy and cordial, and we received some excellent restaurant recommendations. Our room was one of the smaller (the smallest?) at the inn, but perfectly adequate for two, and perfectly clean. We had fresh cookies waiting for us on the nightstand. After a quiet, restful night, we enjoyed our best BnB breakfast ever, prepared by the owner/host Jessica, in a lovely communal setting. We wholeheartedly...
