「O Hotel Beleza Serra nada fica a dever ao seu nome. Situado na zona baixa, junto à albufeira, junto à estrada nacional que nos leva ao Gerês. O hotel, com uma decoração que está muito bem conseguida e com elevado nível de conforto, conduz-nos facilmente ao relax, após as possíveis actividades que se podem praticar pela serra e na àgua da albufeira. 「Værelset blev gjort rent men håndklæder og brugte glas blev ikke skiftet. En lille ting når ejeren var sød og hjælpsom og udsigten helt perfekt. Stedet er ikke for gangbesværet pga. Højdeforskellen på hotellet og der er ikke elevator. Der er restauranter i nærheden i vila geres . Et dejligt hotel med søde værter.」

「Hotel S Bento is your typical larger hotel. The staff, however, was very friendly and helpful. We did have dinner in the hotel one night which was quite good but if you are looking for ambiance, it's not at this hotel. The location worked out perfectly with easy access to the National Park which was our primary desire. I'd stay again but simply be ok with a "hotel" vs. any type of BnB.」

「Positive. - Staff when we arrived. Very nice. Great explanations. Good recommendations for restaurant. - breakfast is inclused. Limited choice but very good Negative - high level of humidity in the room. - smell of humidity as well as mold - the mattress is really bad. Both of us ended up in the middle. Need to be changed asap - this was the most expensive hotel during our vacation and the worst one. 」

「there was nothing we liked... the foto made one think it was in a green location. it was sqeezed in between other hotels, on a very steep hill, very narrow street reception is in bmt. staff was unfriendly, room was like a cell, window opened untoa roof and walk way, so we could not sleep w. open window... address is wrong, the place is in Geres which is a town 27 km further east, we had to backtrack after we got to the town that is noted on the reservation, which is act. the district...

We sent inquiries about check in days before and received no response. We didn’t get our check in information until after the check in time, forcing us to sit in a fierce, cold rain storm. The place smelled like cigarettes and the host is not on site/wasn’t responsive. However, we may have been a one off. Everybody has a bad day and we hope...
