「Hat alles perfekt funktioniert!」

「Bereits die eine sehr nette Begrüßung stimmte den Aufenthalt ein. Wir fanden großzügig dimensionierte Zimmer mit einer rustikalen Einrichtung vor. Die Klimaanlage war genau das richtige für den heißen Sommer. Das Frühstück wurde serviert und kein Wunsch blieb überfüllt. Wir hatten einfach einen sehr netten Aufenthalt. Einfsch 」

「This place was PERFECT for our trip! Very friendly host, very clean, and the breakfast in the morning made us feel at home with fresh buffet style food. Great choice of coffee, juice, and fresh fruits. I would love to return in this wonderful place.」

「The water heater has hot water fir maybe 2 minutes. I did report to the front desk. They seemed to try to fix it, but it did not get fixed. When I checkedin, the shower floor did not drain. It lookedlike my room did not get cleared it was supposed to be. They cleaned ny shower next day. The breakfast was about between 6 and 7 on the scale 0f 10. Maybe closer to 6. The only advantage i saw, this hotel is located litterly around the corner of the thermal spa. The outside property of this hotel is...

「ホテルは清潔でスタッフも感じよく、ﾃｷﾊﾟｷと働いており、好感が持てました。目の前がゴルフ場との 事でしたが、残念ながら雪に覆われてよく分からずあまりの寒さに散歩も出来ませんでしたが、雪景色を見ながらspaでのんびりするのも良かったです。食事はブッフェなので多少飽きますが、思ったより塩分控えめで日本人の口には合うと思います。マッサージも上手でしたし、この料金なら全てに満足です。暖かくなったらまた滞在したいと思っています。」

「There seemed to be mites in my bed, and I had a terrible night. It's an old hotel, and even after the renovation, you can feel its age everywhere. Don't forget to take measures against mites!」

「Alles wunderbar, außer der Check in- keine Besetzung der Rezeption um 15 Uhr ( lt. Expedia bis 20 Uhr besetzt), Code hatten wir auch keinen erhalten. Bis war das telefonisch klären konnten standen wir lange in der Kälte vor der Türe! Bei der Rückkehr vom Abendessen mussten wir feststellen dass die meisten Türen nicht mit dem Schlüssel zu öffnen waren, da diese schlicht nur mit Code funktionieren, das geht besser!」

「Wir waren für 2 Nächste im Hunguest Bük Hotel. Hotel, Zimmer, Essen, Personal war total ok, aber die Therme selbst ist schon sehr alt und müsste dringend komplett renoviert werden! Hier ist wahrscheinlich noch nie etwas erneuert worden. Das Wasser selbst ist aber sehr angenehm heiß und man kann ewig im Wasser bleiben und genießen.」

「What a wonderfully unique property. So glad I booked this location. I did not use the map on the back of the check-in instructions so finding the room was difficult in the dark but I blame myself. A heads up to those booking, it is a large and wonderful outdoor campus so the map is very useful!!! We felt very at home with the decor and the dining room/kitchen was out of this world!」
