「The staff were very friendly and nice. I was expecting more given the description on Expedia. Amenities did not include elevator, so stairs were a problem. Also, there was no support for luggage transfers, although the staff did help out. The grounds were not cleared of litter and outdoor trash cans were full. 「Came here for business purposes. Upon arrival I was greeted with a warm welcome. Room was very clean, air conditioning fully functional and a balcony which overlooks the lake with turtles and fish. Breakfast was presented very well and tasted amazing. Location is quiet and ideal for a nice night stay. This will be the only hotel I use if I return」
